These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. Access : Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Please note that certain facilities and maintenance is at sole discretion of building management. Notes : The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control. Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service. Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. - I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking. - A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
