環境、服務、餐飲，一切都極其的好！酒店自帶免費的瑜伽課、冥想課、早晨散步等服務，不得不説的是這裏的餐食非常的好吃。如果你準備來納加闊特地區的話，務必考慮在這家酒店待至少一晚上。

It was one of the worst hotel experiences we had, everything from entering the property to staying was very poor on service. we had gone for 2 nights but left in a day. For a small property, the experience started at the gate where they had no idea about check - ins for the day. At the dining hall, it was freezing and they only had one heater, the second was broken. the staff did not clearly speak English or Hindi and couldnt communicate. In our room, the heating was not working properly, the phones were disconnected and the TV was not set up. the fireplace is a joke and after two hours they came and put two pieces of charcol in it, which wouldnt even warm your hands. the list is endless of how bad it was, we checked in at 7 pm and becked out before noon the next day, it was that bad. Aweful service, communication. it just looks pretty in pictures, we had to leave and get our family to a hotel which actually had heating. the place came so well recomended but was not just aweful, it was a scam.

45 ride up to Narankot up a very challenging toad with spectacular view. Entry through a manned gate and then short drive to reception to be with welcome scarf and cool drinks. Unusual in the fact that the resort does not have reception/ check in/out desk but check in was a swift and efficient process and we were quickly whisked away to our villa by buggy. Resort is built on a hill so prepare for a few stiff climbs but the resort will provide transport for the less mobile. The food was excellent throughout but special mention to the girls in breakfast who took my order precisely. If you are lucky enough to have clear weather as we were you are rewarded with spectacular views of the Himalayas from various points around the property. The resort has a resident Hswami and offers yoga,meditation and massage spa for those that want relaxation. Every member went out of their way to make this a memorable experience. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at Kavya & would highly recommend. From the moment you enter the resort, the local team is so lovely and professional. The rooms are next level luxury. The service and food are EXTRAORDINARY. Our favorite part was the experiences with Guru-Ji —he’s such a happy presence and wise in teachings. We meditated, learned yoga, went on a spiritual walk with him. Guru-Ji’s expertise makes it incredible. We also want to applaud the resort for employing such intelligent young people. The young women and men working were speaking wonderful English and taught us so much about their beautiful culture. Humbling experience. Dr Ravi & Arup took care of us when one of us had an illness - they came to attend even late at night. We are forever grateful. Thank you to everyone who made this a beautiful experience. Must visit in Nepal for a relaxing, soul rejuvenating experience.

The environment is very secluded, surrounded by nature and with impeccable views of mountain ranges and the city below. Service was top tier, all staff was warm and always available for assistance. The room exceeded expectations (1 bedroom villa). The bed was very comfortable, and the soaking tub was great. Things to note: hot water is limited due to geiser use so soaking tub took awhile to fill (wait 45 mins for more hot water), also the fireplace was very attractive but unfortunately unable to use. Otherwise the food was delicious, all food tasted fresh. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with fresh bakery items and great views. We will definitely be back for a visit and will recommend others. Kavya Resort is a hidden gem! The peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscape made for a truly relaxing stay. The rooms were cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and flavorful, showcasing the best of local cuisine. Perfect for a serene getaway!
