Man kann zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade gehen, wo es viele Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Die WLAN-Verbindung in meinem Zimmer war leider nicht optimal, was ich aber für die Arbeit benötigte. Der Rezeptionist fragte mich daraufhin, ob ich das Zimmer wechseln möchte. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen."

"Staying at this hotel has been a very disappointing experience. The main issue is its poor management and the attitude of some of its staff, who seem unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. 1. The rooms are not light-proof. The blackout curtains are relatively thin and not wide enough, allowing light to enter from the sides, which makes it difficult to rest properly. 2. While the availability of parking space is appreciated, accessing the hotel from the parking area requires climbing steep steps, which can be a strenuous exercise—especially for elderly guests, those with mobility issues, or anyone carrying luggage. 3. There is a continuous humming noise in the room even after everything has been switched off. Some of the light bulbs in both bedroom and bathroom are flicking continuously give one a headache. 4. Our request for replenishment of amenities was met with surprise. We were told that they usually charge for the provision of teabags and sugar in the rooms. This was totally surprising. 5. The attitude of one of the reception staff is astonishing. All our requests were met with a grunt and when we asked for some soap were told to make do with the shower gel provided! Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in both management and infrastructure to provide guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay. Its current state does it great disservice as the hotel is conveniently located for the small port and its decor looks very modern."

"I stayed for 5 nights whilst working in Northern Greece in June this year (2025). The Hotel is easy to find, being situated on the extreme west side of the city. The city centre and waterfront is a 5 minute drive further down the road. Parking is limited but adequate-the spaces are mostly adjacent to the hotel. The hotel itself is quite small and offers a boutique feel-the rooms are well-appointed and clean-the corridors and floors leading to the rooms are up-lit and inviting. I was warmly greeted by the reception team- they were very helpful-especially (I think I remember the name correctly) Paula and offered a great service-down to keeping an eye on my luggage as I had breakfast on the final morning. The breakfast is a buffet-style affair, with plenty of everything. Georgia in the downstairs dining room was superb-nothing was too much hassle and I felt well-looked after. Similar story for Dimitrius in the rooftop restaurant. The small kindnesses were appreciated. The a-la-carte menu on offer upstairs catered for all tastes and arrived quickly. I didn't give the full five stars, as I went to take a few photos overlooking the city at night time from the rooftop, and was promptly barked at by the manager upstairs, who assumed I wanted booze at 1am. When I explained I wanted a picture, not service of any kind (the area is always open and so is accessible even at night), he immediately climbed down and apologised, but the barking had been done at that point. Maybe he'd had a hard night, but it was a little unprofessional, and left a sour taste. All in all, I was very happy with my stay, and would return. Hopefully lessons in assumption over patience were learned-but one less than perfect interaction in 5 days didn't upset my stay."
