We had a pleasant enough stay at the hotel and there is some real positives with this accommodation. Although quite a new hotel, there is still parts of this complex that feel unfinished though and work is still to be down to truly be looked at as a 5 star hotel. Positives: large spacious rooms, free taxi service to and from the airport, large pools with plenty of seating and parasols, friendly and helpful staff. The food in the evenings (if you choose to eat there) isn’t too bad but they appeared to not want to take card payments, only cash. Negatives: no running water in the bathrooms by the pool area, breakfast is the same everyday and the amount of flies and wasps that are around made breakfast unpleasant everyday (I’d recommend closing the doors to the breakfast hall as the flies were all over the food), location makes life very difficult and at times you could be waiting 45 mins for a taxi to get anywhere. A free or paid shuttle service into Kotor/Tivat would improve this massively, satellite tv doesn’t work so unless you have a Netflix or Amazon account you can’t watch tv, not sure if rooms are actually cleaned each day or if the bed is just made, the noise from people above is so loud at times (even just the noise of people walking). We wouldn’t look to return but that is more down to location too be honest.
