Loved it! Best hotel experience ever on Earth! Fantastic! Better than the Westin! Better than luxury condos! I loved the experience of being at Kauai's Hilton Garden Inn. It was my first time on the island of Kauai, and I really wanted a real experience but also luxury. Included in my hotel stay were 1) awesome ukulele lessons by Kalani Joe that had me playing real songs in minutes, 2) awesome hula dancing lessons (that taught me a whole, real hula dance with good technique and with a gorgeous view of the ocean by Kiana, and 3) awesome ti leaf and orchid lei making classes that enabled me to make a complete and beautiful Hawaiian flower necklace from local raw materials (leaves and flowers) by Kiana. We also saw an exciting fire dancing show at the hotel; in this show were the most dangerous, heart-stopping stunts I have ever seen. The show also included hula dancing and beautiful live music. The hotel restaurant/bar, Mamahune's, has the best French fries I have ever tasted and (completely delicious and vegetarian) taro burger with pineapple jam that I liked so much, I would travel to Kauai just to eat the taro burger with pineapple jam. Also at the hotel, the concierge, Courtney, is fantastic and gave us great, real advice that led us to great experiences; she surfs and snorkels and gives good advice. Additionally, the hotel is located right at a state park with the safest (and good) snorkeling right at the beach in front of the hotel, in two ponds protected by rocks. In the larger of the two small protected ponds, I saw bluefin trevally, saddle wrasses, tangs, sergeant major fish, and many more kinds of colorful fish of relatively large size. The hotel offers all good coffee in the morning and chilled, tasty POG (punch) in the afternoon, and the front desk staff led by Amy are great! The vibe of the rooms is relaxing and feels good. Furthermore, the swimming pool is the exact ideal temperature for swimming and just enjoying the pool in daytime or at night and is surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and a spectacular sunset view. Another great thing about this hotel is the interior design: it feels like a movie or TV set for Charlie's Angels. Also, of note, the hotel next to a very important historical and spiritual site for Hawaiians. If you are interested in history, culture, religion, spiritualism, authentic experiences, this site is a place to respectfully visit. Loved this hotel! I want to book another vacation there asap. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Sheraton und waren einmal mehr begeistert. Vom Check-In, über das Zimmer, die Anlage und den Strand - einfach alles perfekt. Ja klar, es ist alles etwas teuer und die resort fee ist nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt, aber dafür befindet man sich im Paradies. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts 2x eine beach cabana gebucht, 1x im Rum Fire und 1x im Lava‘s gegessen und waren mit allen Dienstleistungen sehr zufrieden. Wifi funktioniert tadellos. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch das Café mit Starbucks Produkten auf dem Gelände.

Stayed our last night (1 night ) to be near airport for early morning flight out to the mainland next morning. Desk personnel were great & very helpful! Room was nice & had what we needed. We were tired, but able to drive & park by pool which was nice! Would have liked a hot tub lol! Recommendations for a bar/restaurant was close by & beautiful by the harbor, but as is everywhere very expensive!

The hotel is quaint and calm—away from hustle-and-bustle of Lihue proper. Pros: Solitude. Beautiful lush mountains and the view is gorgeous. Scenic overlook on way to hotel. Pool towels available. Staff very courteous. Linens and bath towels changed daily. Microwave and fridge/freezer. Target and Costco are close a couple of miles to stock up fridge. Live music in evenings was a very pleasant touch and musicians were great. Shout-out to Sheldon Espina. Cons: Don’t let the pool photo sway you as this is a dated hotel and needs work. Our room had broken louver shades, rusty and dust-covered lamp. Very run-down dirty bathroom. I am a stickler on a clean bathroom and this did not come close. Mirror cabinet very old and swelling/peeling /decrepit on the top. Cabinet under sink dirty and gross. Fixtures and curtain rods old and rusting. I had to wipe down the shelf above toilet fixture before placing our toiletries and extra towels there. Mildewy shower curtain. Bathroom curtains dirty and need to be discarded. Air conditioner loud. Continental breakfast: Juices were sugary drinks. (Actual fruit good, however). One coffee maker out of order for the entire week. No pancake or waffle maker or breakfast meats . Fyi you should rent a car to get back and forth for an extended stay. Uber is costly.

We went here twice for breakfasts during our stay in Kauai........can't beat the food, service or prices! Both times we were seated immediately even though the restaurant was very busy. My French Toast and Sausage was good (ordered it twice!).....they were out of the sweet bread that was supposed to be the main ingredient, but all was fine with the usual white bread. My spouse tried their pancakes and omelets........both with Spam as his side dish..and he enjoyed both. The servers use carts to set the tables/deliver food/clean tables........VERY quick & efficient! Definitely a very popular spot for locals!!!!!!!

Ich koche Porridge, koche Reis in einem kleinen Edelstahltopf und verwende japanische scharfe Sauce im Supermarkt mit Pfannkuchenröllchen und Frühlingszwiebeln. Der Mann im chinesischen Magen ist zufriedener. In der Freizeit ging ich zum roten Online-Buchladen auf der Insel und kaufte 1999 die englische Version der ersten Version. Liberty und eine rote Netzkatze. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Swimmingpool, aber es gibt keinen Strand. Wir liefen jeden Tag zum nahegelegenen Strand des Sheraton Hotel, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten und Wassersurfen zu spielen. Das Hotelzimmer verfügt über ein Dreisitzer-Sofa zum Schlafen für Erwachsene und Zustellbetten sind kostenlos erhältlich, aber wir benutzen nur das Sofa. Bett. Das Hotel verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze und es ist sehr praktisch, überall zu parken. Kurz gesagt, wir werden es hier vermissen.

there were fees that were unexpected , I was not aware of the fees. Thought with a $1500 cost it would be included. I know i will not be staying at the Cliff again. And at that cost I still had to do dishes and vacuum and wash towels. will not mention the cliffs to family and friends.I did like the shower heads, and that there were handicap showers for my auntie.we did request a shower chair , which help her shower. I did not like all the chickens and the mess they left behind and noise.some areas needed more lighting on the walk way and the signs with room numbers. needed more lighting on the main drive inn entrance .we were told to open the sliding glass doors for a nice breeze, but did not feel good while sleeping.didnt feel safe leaving drapes wide open,for security reasons.your trash situation needs improvement,trash area always full that includes the recycling area.the walk to the cliff area was great and had a nice view, sat there for hours and enjoyed the view.the pool area was nice and clean and security was alot nicer and excerise room was nice and clean.

Meine Crew & ich verbrachte vor kurzem eine Woche in diesem Urlaubsclub. Wir genossen wirklich die Zeit und fanden alle im Hotelteam hilfreich und schnell. Als 4 Erwachsene fanden wir den Platz geräumig, gut ausgestattete Küche und liebte den Balkon. Die Grundstücke, Garten und Pools waren wirklich schön und gut gepflegt. Einige Mal haben wir für Müll pick up und Handtücher Frischigkeiten geschrieben und das Team war da in 10 Minuten oder weniger. Jose war super hilfreich. Der Hotelstrand war schön, wir vermieteten einen Tag eine Schattenschirm, um etwas Schatten zu bekommen. Poipu Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und es gab Meeresschildkröten! Lei macht Klasse war eine lustige Aktivität, um den Urlaub zu starten. Ich würde sagen, gute Wahlen waren ziemlich begrenzt im Hotel und wir gingen aus oder kochten im Zimmer für die meisten Mahlzeiten. Ich würde diese Lage anderen empfehlen, einen tollen Ort zu suchen, um in Kauai zu bleiben.

We recently stayed for a week at the Point at Poipu, traded in from Maui. We were in building nine (Had stayed in 7 previously) so had a view of the pool and ocean. We were left alone regarding upgrading our timeshare. The last time we were there the pool scene was serene, this time not so much. People have begun the towel gig to save the beach chair while they aren't there. Also some very rude patrons. On the weekends the pool was full of kiddos so was kind of hectic and chaotic. The bar had a small menu but everything you need when you don’t want to go out. The bartender was welcoming and gave us some good tips. We walked the beach walk almost daily and saw the turtles floating in front of our room morning and night. Kauai was relaxing. The complex is a bit outdated and it’s a long walk to some buildings but the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. The are doing a remodel from what we could tell. We always found a parking spot. The staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely come back for that amazing view!
