Meine Crew & ich verbrachte vor kurzem eine Woche in diesem Urlaubsclub. Wir genossen wirklich die Zeit und fanden alle im Hotelteam hilfreich und schnell. Als 4 Erwachsene fanden wir den Platz geräumig, gut ausgestattete Küche und liebte den Balkon. Die Grundstücke, Garten und Pools waren wirklich schön und gut gepflegt. Einige Mal haben wir für Müll pick up und Handtücher Frischigkeiten geschrieben und das Team war da in 10 Minuten oder weniger. Jose war super hilfreich. Der Hotelstrand war schön, wir vermieteten einen Tag eine Schattenschirm, um etwas Schatten zu bekommen. Poipu Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und es gab Meeresschildkröten! Lei macht Klasse war eine lustige Aktivität, um den Urlaub zu starten. Ich würde sagen, gute Wahlen waren ziemlich begrenzt im Hotel und wir gingen aus oder kochten im Zimmer für die meisten Mahlzeiten. Ich würde diese Lage anderen empfehlen, einen tollen Ort zu suchen, um in Kauai zu bleiben.

Der Service ist tadellos, die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen und kommt erst nach dem Golfplatz im Hotel an. Der Hotelrasen wird täglich gepflegt, es gibt einen Grill zur Selbstbedienung, die Terrasse ist groß und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist bezaubernd. Ort, die Aussicht ist sehr charmant, wie ein wunderschönes Landschaftsgemälde, es lohnt sich, wieder zu bleiben?

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, verfügt über eine Küche, das Zimmer ist sauber, zu Fuß fünf bis zehn Minuten vom Strand entfernt. In der Regel nicht gereinigt, nur beim Check-out aufgeräumt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, nur einen Ventilator, aber nachts ist es sehr kühl und es gibt kein Problem mit der Klimaanlage.

Loved it! Best hotel experience ever on Earth! Fantastic! Better than the Westin! Better than luxury condos! I loved the experience of being at Kauai's Hilton Garden Inn. It was my first time on the island of Kauai, and I really wanted a real experience but also luxury. Included in my hotel stay were 1) awesome ukulele lessons by Kalani Joe that had me playing real songs in minutes, 2) awesome hula dancing lessons (that taught me a whole, real hula dance with good technique and with a gorgeous view of the ocean by Kiana, and 3) awesome ti leaf and orchid lei making classes that enabled me to make a complete and beautiful Hawaiian flower necklace from local raw materials (leaves and flowers) by Kiana. We also saw an exciting fire dancing show at the hotel; in this show were the most dangerous, heart-stopping stunts I have ever seen. The show also included hula dancing and beautiful live music. The hotel restaurant/bar, Mamahune's, has the best French fries I have ever tasted and (completely delicious and vegetarian) taro burger with pineapple jam that I liked so much, I would travel to Kauai just to eat the taro burger with pineapple jam. Also at the hotel, the concierge, Courtney, is fantastic and gave us great, real advice that led us to great experiences; she surfs and snorkels and gives good advice. Additionally, the hotel is located right at a state park with the safest (and good) snorkeling right at the beach in front of the hotel, in two ponds protected by rocks. In the larger of the two small protected ponds, I saw bluefin trevally, saddle wrasses, tangs, sergeant major fish, and many more kinds of colorful fish of relatively large size. The hotel offers all good coffee in the morning and chilled, tasty POG (punch) in the afternoon, and the front desk staff led by Amy are great! The vibe of the rooms is relaxing and feels good. Furthermore, the swimming pool is the exact ideal temperature for swimming and just enjoying the pool in daytime or at night and is surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and a spectacular sunset view. Another great thing about this hotel is the interior design: it feels like a movie or TV set for Charlie's Angels. Also, of note, the hotel next to a very important historical and spiritual site for Hawaiians. If you are interested in history, culture, religion, spiritualism, authentic experiences, this site is a place to respectfully visit. Loved this hotel! I want to book another vacation there asap. Als ich das Resort angerufen habe, unser Zimmer zu bestätigen, bevor wir ankamen, fragte die Gastgeberin, ob wir der Eigentümer waren oder ob wir mieten. Als ich ihr mitgeteilt habe, dass wir mieten, wurde mir gesagt, dass wir vielleicht das Eigentümerzimmer empfangen oder nicht. Ich hatte sofort das Gefühl, dass etwas mit diesem Kommentar aus war. Okay ...sicher genug ...Als wir ankamen, hatten wir in ein Zimmer Probleme, die für die ganze Woche unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst wurden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht im Wohnzimmer und in einem der Schlafzimmern, und das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Am zweiten Tag haben wir über die A/C gerufen, und eine tragbare Einheit wurde in unser Wohnzimmer mit einer Teilholzwand zwischen den Patiotüren für die A/C-Ventilation (die den Zugang zum Patio und die schöne Bergblick blockierte). Wir haben wieder nach Wartung gerufen, aber sie kamen nie. Wir haben auch einen Text vom Resort erhalten, dass die a/c auf dem Bremsen niedrig war und sie versuchten, jemanden zu planen, auszukommen und die Einheit zu füllen. Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich eine allgemeine Textnachricht vom Resort, die mich fragte, wie unser Aufenthalt war; gehen. Nachdem sie eine negative Bewertung hinterließ, rief ein Assistent Manager an. Sie informierte uns, dass sie nicht in der Lage waren, einen Termin und Zeit zu planen, um die A/C repariert zu erhalten; Sie entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und schickte einen Wartungspersonal in unser Zimmer, der die Kondensation aus der tragbaren A/C-Einheit leerte. Der Assistent-Manager bat auch, dass wir am Abend aufhören, weil der Manager mit uns reden möchte. Als wir ins Büro kamen, traf uns der Assistent-Manager und gab uns zwei $50 Geschenkkarten; der Manager kam nicht raus und sprach mit uns. Ich wurde ziemlich belebt, weil $100 nichts im Vergleich zu dem Betrag, den wir für den Aufenthalt in diesem Resort gezahlt haben. Wir fühlen, dass das Resort in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt hätte. Soweit das Telefon geht, konnten wir es nicht verwenden, um einen Fahrt zum Parkplatz zu rufen. Weil wir uns nahe dem Boden eines Steigenbergs verblieben und weil ich einen Spaziergang verhindert habe , das war sehr frustrierend. Eine weitere Sache ist, dass es nur ein Restaurant auf diesem Resort betrieben. Es ist nur von 3-9 pm geöffnet, so NO Frühstück! Es ist auch am Dienstag und Mittwoch geschlossen, so dass es keinen Dummheiten auf dem Resort in diesen Tagen. Ich kam vor vielen Jahren in dieses Resort und liebte es so sehr, dass ich zurückkommen wollte und vielleicht eine ihrer Zeitaktien kaufen wollte, aber nach dieser Reise, denke ich nicht so. Wir hatten viel geplant und noch Spaß auf der Insel, Aber ich war so enttäuscht über unsere Unterkunft im Resort und die Tatsache, dass die Verwaltung nicht in der Lage war, die Probleme zu lösen.

We are currently here at Kauai Beach Villas and the rooms though spacious, could use a little updating. The grounds are nice and the option to use the pool at the Outrigger is great because it makes it feel more like you're staying at a resort. The reason for 2 stars is due to the cleanliness of the room. When we checked in, the counter still had leftover pieces of rice on it and there were crumbs on the kitchen table. Additionally, we ate out the first two nights, so we hadn't really spent any time in the kitchen because we're not cooking, but decided to order food for takeout last night and found a COCKROACH run across the kitchen floor! I decided to check all the cabinets and found two more under the sink and a dead fly next to some dishes. I immediately called the front desk because the last thing I wanted was to bring one them home with me. The person who answered the phone was not surprised. She mentioned that the rooms are sprayed once a month, but that she would send someone in the morning to spray again. What she said next was unbelievable. No apologies.... instead, she went on to say that Hawaii is very humid so roaches are everywhere and are in every home no matter how clean they are. I'm not sure if that is truly the case or not, but I don't live with roaches in my home, and definitely don't want to accidently bring them home. Though she offered to send someone to spray in the morning, she was very dismissive by trying to justify why there were roaches, as if I should just accept it. We are Worldmark owners, have stayed in many WorldMark resorts before and have never had this experience. This is the first time we exchanged for a Wyndham location and needless to say am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and even more with the response from the front desk.
