Our visit to Maa Vaishno Devi shrine was blessed in more than one ways. We found Hotel Rama Trident to be one the best hotels in terms of cozy, convenient and pleasurable stay. The front desk manager Miss Jyoti was exceptionally cordial, co-operative and generous. She made our stay at the hotel feel like home. She took care of all our special requests be it smooth check in , early check out . Especially since my wife and me travelled all the way from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Vaishno Devi solo on a motorcycle , the comfort provided by the hotel management , staff , especially Miss Jyoti and General Manager Mr Dhar. We called to book the hotel late evening from Ludhiana and he provided us the best possible guidance and help. He managed a smooth taxi drop off at Ban Ganga and the driver Makhanji was extremely helpful and resourceful .He also arranged ponies for us for the pilgrimage and it was such great help. People like Miss Jyoti and Mr. Dhar make the hotel industry proud and the world a much better place . The food, the services, the staff the care and the overall experience or Hotel Rama Trident made us feel elated . There is no doubt that this place will always remain one of our best hotel stay experiences as being frequent travellers and riders we encounter a d lot of hotels across India. I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.
