I absolutely loved my stay here.. the rooms are very neat clean and the hospitality of the staff was top notch.All the inhouse facilities were great.. the garden place is very relaxing.You are also provided facility of dropping and picking up near the vaishnodevi trek start and end point...Food was great.. Highly recommend this stay!!

Excellent stay with a very friend staff (sathveer, parmeshwar & lalit(, highly recommended. They even provide pick and drop for Darshan. Also would like to mention about the cleaness which i liked most.even they have nice breakfast with good staffing

I had stated in sarovar portico katra in previous month with my family our stay was amazing and staff was also cooperative and the main thing is pickup and drop facility from staring point like as banganga and food also so amazing meet get soon at same property

i visited from the duration of 8-11 march the breakfast was good and specially the staff sahil was helpful. when the stay started we went for darshan and told for room cleaning, same was not done. we communicated that we need railway station transfers instead of banganga transfer which was committed but not communicated within the team. therefore i would not recommend anybody to visit and stay at this hotel

Clean Rooms, courteous staff, good food and pleasant atmosphere inside and outside hotel!! Ajith from the resturant was super helpful in serving us the food on time and go to guy at the place. The driver Upinder ji was right on time for drop and pick up faciility provided by the hotel plus he took us around Katra.

Amazing Experience. Stay was really Awesome 🙌 staff behaviour was really good. Smooth check in and checkout. Food Quality was really Good & Lawn area was really awesome thing in hotel. We enjoyed a lot & close to the main market & service good

Dont make the mistake of staying here- i repeat dont please make the mistake!! The hotel is horrible, We asked for water they served as algae floating bottle, phones dont work - ACs dont work- service is horrible, they take ages to deliver stuff! Staff is outrightly rude
