I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

The staff goes out of their way to help in their capacity.....one of us fell sick late at night and we were provided with the medicines we requested. I stayed at an IHCL hotel in May and, while the property itself was decent, several issues made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly, the condition of the hotel was not up to the mark, with noticeable maintenance problems in my room. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of IHCL hotels. Moreover, the staff's attitude was not welcoming, which significantly impacted my experience. One of the hallmarks of IHCL hotels should be their friendly and accommodating service, but this was sorely lacking. For instance, when I requested additional water bottles, I was directed to fill my own bottles from a cooler in the corridor. This response felt quite cheap and unprofessional, particularly for a hotel under the IHCL brand. I expected better customer service and a more guest-centric approach. Given these issues, I would not recommend staying at this particular hotel. There are plenty of other options where you might have a more pleasant and comfortable experience. The combination of poor maintenance and indifferent staff made my stay less than satisfactory, and I believe there are better alternatives available. It is unfortunate that a hotel under such a prestigious brand failed to meet basic expectations.

This was my second visit. Warm welcoming reception n helpful staff. Good food especially parathas. Good location wd parking. Pick up and drop till temple entry. We were late on our way back from bhawan. The hotel cab driver waited for us for more than 2 hours in the cold night. The staff served piping hot food in the middle of the night . All that care what is required on a pilgrim tour. Jai mata di.

Very nicely maintained hotel. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. They also provide shuttle service to helipad and yatra starting point. Best part is the food and service. Spread of food good and staff is well behaved. Dinner buffet offer of 1+1 was awesome. Sunil Sharma was our server and went out of the way to make sure we all enjoyed our meal. Thankyou
