While the location was good, the motel itself was not. When we first walked into our room, it smelled damp and musty, and the carpet, chairs and even the beds felt damp too. There were numerous spiders and bugs in the room, including one in the shower, and there were also a number of dust webs which showed it clearly hadn't been cleaned recently, or at least not thoroughly. Furthermore, the beds and pillows were very hard, many of the power points were inaccessible due to their location behind the bed, and the bathroom was very small. We had booked for two nights but left after one as we were so disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, especially due to the current spread of the virus.

A little disappointed. On arrival room ac did not work. Had to get hotel staff to clean the filter which was full of dust. There was a stale smell from the carpet, so had to leave patio door open for first 30 minutes each time we arrived. We did not create a fuss since we were only there for 2 nights. There were all the all the things like microwave, toaster, etc. The location is good with walking distance to restaurants etc.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Leura Gardens. The accommodation is surrounded by lovely gardens which you can wander around. It is located amongst a quiet residential area which has some beautiful and fancy houses. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, TV and a balcony. There is plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was great and well set-up - it included a variety of cereals, toasts, yoghurt, juices, muffins and a pancake machine. The breakfast room has big windows with a lovely view of the gardens and golf course opposite. The accommodation is only a few minutes drive to Leura Mall which has many cafes and boutique shops, as well as a Woolworths supermarket. A few minutes more and you get to Katoomba which has a larger range of cafes, restaurants and shops, including antique shops. There are many beautiful walks and lookouts in Leura, Katoomba and surrounding areas. We had a lovely few days in Leura and would stay at Leura Gardens again.

Amazing hotel and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel employees are very helpful and caring. The breakfast variety is great, had many options to choose from. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, overlooking The Valley. They have a golf course joint to the hotel area. And it’s very convenient.

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber die Landschaft ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Veranstaltung des Hallen- und Hotels ist klassisch chinesisch, die Zusammenführung des Westens und der Farbe ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gesund. Unfortunately we started off on a bad foot when we had to wait in excess of an hour past our book in time for our room to be ready, then when we did finally get in, the TV remote wouldn't work and to turn it on manually meant it was stuck on one channel with no volume. Went back to reception and swapped batteries which didn't help, then we're told that thier maintenance people wouldn't be back until Monday so nothing they could do. To thier credit they did extend our check out time by an hour and provided breakfast at thier sister property in Katoomba. The property is in need of some TLC and to call them luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch, but they are in good condition overall. To access the studio lofts are up a rather tall flight of stairs that doesn't have a hand rail all the way, and the step treads are rather small (only just over half the length of my foot) which will make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The room does have a kitchenette, but the only thing to cook with is a microwave, no hot plate or frypan included, so bring plastic wrap, paper towel etc with you, aswell as cutlery as there was only 1 knife, 3 forks and heaps of spoons. Room had a nice gas log fire place though we needed the a/con to help heat the room. Also a super sized 2 person spa that's so deep that if your not particularly tall you'll struggle to get in and out of. The shower is over the spa and with the weird uneven base, it makes it difficult to stand in to shower, aswell as a lack of grab rails anywhere.

Sehr gut, die Umgebung ist wirklich gut und die Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Auf dem Weg zu zwei Bahnhöfen von Katoomba verkehren die Züge der Blue Mountain Line jedoch nicht häufig. Wenn also kein Zug fährt, sehen Sie sich den Fahrplan an. Es gibt nicht viel zu essen, daher sollten Abendessen und Frühstück im Voraus vorbereitet werden oder sich eine gute Möglichkeit ausdenken.
