We had a truely wonderful time at the Carrington. The old world charm and character of the well maintained heritage hotel was matched by the friendly and helpfull staff. Dining in the Grand Dining Room was amazing and the meals were excellent. We all had a wonderful time and are planning to make it an annual event.

Brillante für Familienfreunde zusammenkommen, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und außergewöhnlich hilfreich vor Haus & Rückhaus, Frühstück war fabulös, der Koch war fantastisch, wenn Sie gefrierte Eier oder extra Hashbraunen wollte es war kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind warm und gemütlich sehr sauber, die Loungebereiche waren geräumig und warm mit elektrischen Feuerplätze groß für Bordspiele, Kühlschrank oder Nachmittag Nibbles & Getränke . Würde sehr empfehlen The Metropole es ist einfach zu Fuß zu Cafés & Bars und nimmt Sie zurück in der Zeit mit alten Charme Dekor schön gehalten .Wir werden zurück sein und das Wort verbreiten

Alan der Klavierspieler war eine ausgezeichnete Überraschung, als wir in einer Nacht überprüft haben. Wir genossen das offene Feuer, das schöne Bier und entspannen sich Alans nach einem langen Tag der Regen und Kälte spielen. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind groß, aber konnten mit einem Licht auf. Wir haben nur eine Nacht geblieben. Wir hatten ein wenig von einer Angelegenheit, die das Personal schnell und zu unserer Zufriedenheit behandelt.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Motel, um in den Blue Mountains wandern zu gehen. Direkt beim Check in wurden uns noch 2 tolle Tipps für Lookouts gegeben, die wir nicht missen wollen würden! Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage war wirklich gut. Für ein Motel super ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Zudem gab es einen Pool und BBQ (haben wir nur nicht benutzt). Top.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage, sehr nahe der Stadt Leura und den drei Schwestern Gipfel, aber der einzige schlechte Ort ist, dass alle Zimmer an der Straße sind. Es gibt einen Lastwagen in der Nacht und es hat auch einen Einfluss auf den Schlaf. Es gibt keine gute Empfehlung, hier zu leben. Dieses Hotel braucht keine Einzahlung. Nach der Buchung im Internet können Sie direkt anmelden. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind noch komplett, es gibt Klimaanlage, heißes Wasser, es ist nicht kalt. Die Einrichtungen sind alt, es gibt im Grunde kein Jahrzehnt, das ist in den nächsten zehn Jahren nicht renoviert. Aber 100 Messer pro Nacht sind immer noch sehr kostengünstig.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Leura Gardens. The accommodation is surrounded by lovely gardens which you can wander around. It is located amongst a quiet residential area which has some beautiful and fancy houses. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, TV and a balcony. There is plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was great and well set-up - it included a variety of cereals, toasts, yoghurt, juices, muffins and a pancake machine. The breakfast room has big windows with a lovely view of the gardens and golf course opposite. The accommodation is only a few minutes drive to Leura Mall which has many cafes and boutique shops, as well as a Woolworths supermarket. A few minutes more and you get to Katoomba which has a larger range of cafes, restaurants and shops, including antique shops. There are many beautiful walks and lookouts in Leura, Katoomba and surrounding areas. We had a lovely few days in Leura and would stay at Leura Gardens again.

Amazing hotel and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel employees are very helpful and caring. The breakfast variety is great, had many options to choose from. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, overlooking The Valley. They have a golf course joint to the hotel area. And it’s very convenient.

Unfortunately we started off on a bad foot when we had to wait in excess of an hour past our book in time for our room to be ready, then when we did finally get in, the TV remote wouldn't work and to turn it on manually meant it was stuck on one channel with no volume. Went back to reception and swapped batteries which didn't help, then we're told that thier maintenance people wouldn't be back until Monday so nothing they could do. To thier credit they did extend our check out time by an hour and provided breakfast at thier sister property in Katoomba. The property is in need of some TLC and to call them luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch, but they are in good condition overall. To access the studio lofts are up a rather tall flight of stairs that doesn't have a hand rail all the way, and the step treads are rather small (only just over half the length of my foot) which will make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The room does have a kitchenette, but the only thing to cook with is a microwave, no hot plate or frypan included, so bring plastic wrap, paper towel etc with you, aswell as cutlery as there was only 1 knife, 3 forks and heaps of spoons. Room had a nice gas log fire place though we needed the a/con to help heat the room. Also a super sized 2 person spa that's so deep that if your not particularly tall you'll struggle to get in and out of. The shower is over the spa and with the weird uneven base, it makes it difficult to stand in to shower, aswell as a lack of grab rails anywhere.
