Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens. My only suggestion would be to take a second look in the tub/shower. There is mold in the tile grout lines and in the nonslip mat.

The room that's shown in the photos and also the room description and features are totally wrong. I booked a premium room which was supposed to have a couch, table, chairs etc and the room that was given was tiny with one chair and bed that's it. It's a freaking scam to show something and then reality is totally different. Never ever going to stay at this place and I paid almost 40k INR for 3 nights.

We had almost 9 days pre and post trekking. The staff were the stand out and in particular Milan. He was in the restaurant and had morning shift pre departure and evening shift when we returned. So we didn’t see him as much when we returned. He was attentive and personable. People make the experience better or worse and Milan c certainly made our time at Radisson KTM better. All staff were great , food was good and the rooms comfortable.

The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, thanks to Susan's outstanding service. He greeted us warmly, catered to our needs, and his attentiveness made our morning delightful. We're grateful for his excellent service. Thanks for the cookies as well.
