Le Rhododendron is truly special – a peaceful oasis a 5 minute walk from the noise and bustle of Thamel. Hari continues to genuinely care for his guests. He made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had an extremely comfortable stay. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast first class and his hospitality second to none. Hari somehow manages to combine making you feel like family, yet also like honoured guests – a wonderful combination. Each day started with a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace ( including the best coffee I had in Nepal). The shower is hot, with good pressure, the bedding, linen etc, spotless and the wi-fi and electricity reliable. Hari is ready to assist with any logistical challenge and often anticipated our needs. A stay at Le Rhododendron will be one of the highlights of your trip to Nepal and worth staying in Kathmandu for an extra few days.

Hôtel exceptionnel 🙂.Hari, le propriétaire, est une personne avec un coeur énorme 🥰. Au petit soin, plein d'humour et ayant vécu en France, parle le français. Le Roof top est sublime, loin du tumulte de kathmandu, qui est pourtant juste à côté car en 15 mns à pied, on est dans Thamel. Les chambres, géniales , très propres et le petit déjeuner, au top 👌. Merci pour tout, Hari, ton accueil, ton sourire, ton humour et ta bonté. Mon invitation tient toujours bien sûr 😉⛷️🙏 Namaste Christel

Nous avons été formidablement accueillis. Beaucoup d'échanges sur le Népal et toujours de bons conseils. Les chambres sont impeccables. L'emplacement est bien situé. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons...et cette fois en Hiver . Merci Hari et Sita.

on a passé un excellent séjour chez Hari et Sita.ils sont tellement gentils!la chambre d’hôtes est très bien située, dans une petite rue plutôt calme, ce qui est indispensable pour se poser quelques jours à Katmandou.petit appartement très accueillant, jolies chambres confortables.Hari est très bavard et c’est très agréable !le petit dej est très bien ( le café très bon, c’est assez rare au Népal!.) Merci Hari et Sita pour ces quelques jours chez vous, c’était parfait!.

Nous visitions tous les deux le Népal pour la première fois et avons eu le plaisir de séjourner chez Hari pendant notre séjour à Kathmandu. Quelle chance !!! Hari et sa famille ont tout simplement été nos boussoles. Accueil généreux et souriant. A a peine 10 minutes à pied du cœur de Thamel. Hari a toujours le goût de bien faire et nous a ravi de multiples anecdotes et autres informations précieuses. C’est avec le plus grand plaisir que nous reviendrons séjourner au Rhododendron !
