Nice staffs, nice services and nice environment!! Really great experiences when stay there.

This is the best service hotel that I have stayed till now. Every one of the staff are so nice and kind, ready to offer help any time. Thank you so much for helping me in many ways. I am deeply impressed by your hospitality and delicious food and clean comfortable and bright airy room with good facilities and a beautiful window view of a garden and mountain in the distance. And I also enjoy the serene and artistic atmosphere and delicate decorations in the hotel. Thanks a lot again to all the staff. You make me feel like home.

It's a typical boutique hotel very focus on customer service. Very convenient location to Thamel. Breakfast has limited choices but acceptable. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. The room is very clean though need some enhancements.

Excellent location as hotel is right smack in the middle of everything with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff qas very helpful and nice. Breakfast was not very good. Room was clean for Nepal but definitely below international standards

위치도 중심가와 가깝고, 호텔도 크지 않지만 깨끗하고 고풍스러운 느낌이었습니다. 모든 직원이 (사장님 포함) 다 친절하게 대해 주셨습니다. 카트만두에 다시 방문할 일이 있다면 다시 가고 싶습니다.

2박 머무는 동안 호텔 직원분들의 친절함과 서비스에 매우 감동하였습니다. 먼저 필요한 것은 없는지 고객의 편의를 위해 굉장히 신경쓰는 것이 느껴져 감동이었습니다. 체크아웃하는 날의 비행 스케줄이 매우 늦어 호텔에서 몇 시간을 머무는 동안에도 편안하게 해주시고, 티 혹은 커피를 제공해주시고 끝까지 서비스를 제공해주시는 모습에 프로의 모습을 보았습니다. 다음에 또 카트만두에 방문한다면 또다시 머물 생각입니다. 청결은 두 말하면 잔소리입니다. 매우 깨끗했으며 벌레도 보지 못했습니다. 직원분들께 정말 감사드립니다!! 첨부한 사진은 체크아웃한 날 공항이 아닌 호텔에서 비행 시간을 대기할 때 직원분이 제공해주신 커피입니다. 매우 감사드립니다.

到着初日、深夜着にもかかわらず対応していただきました。 空港からプリペイドタクシーに乗った際にツアーを売りつける人に同乗されましたが、翌朝にホテルの方が声をかけてくださってので無事に断ることができました。 ホテルのコンセントは日本のコンセントでも、使用することができました。 滞在中とても快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

酒店最大的優勢就是安靜。儘管在泰米爾區，但不在主街上，所以晚上睡覺真的一點不吵。邊上吃飯和咖啡店也很多，而且沒有主街和雜亂感，反而很chill。

Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel est bien placé et les chambres grandes et confortables. La literie est excellente et le service bien sans être trop envahissant. Nuit très calme dans ce quartier pourtant animé. Je recommande
