The parking management could have been better, as guests had to go through the hassle of finding the guard and waiting about minutes to get the keys. However, everything else was good. The room was slightly smaller than expected, but the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby options for sightseeing, dining, shopping malls, and even a casino.

前台和其他服務員的服務態度很好。早餐時間比較長。 衞生：房間很乾凈。 環境：最好的一點是尼泊爾酒店沒有人抽煙。 設施：看得出來在尼泊爾當地已經是很高級的酒店了😂但設施就是中國國內普通中上的酒店的感覺。

早餐水果種類比在之前其他家酒店的多，供應時間也早，從6點-10點，房間也安靜，服務熱情，很不錯

位置算是在市中心，很方便。房間乾淨。外面有鴿子在叫，咕咕咕的，挺好玩。前台工作人員幫助打車，很helpful。

房間一般，沒有配備牙刷，拖鞋。

Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstücksbuffet, üppig und lecker. Das nette Personal bringt die Speisen auch auf das Zimmer. Der Transfer von oder zum Flughafen wird gestellt, sehr praktisch.

We had memorable Nepal experience thanks to the team at Royal Singi. We were on a very important Voluntary public service work mission and given the number of people that arrived from all parts of the World they have done an exceptional job of looking after 60 plus of us over 10 day period between 20th March and 1st April. The rooms were tidy and well appointed Breakfast was sumptuous and catered for every palate. Simple and elegant every where with ample parking. Exchanged several currencies with ease Room service after mid night when we needed very lat dinner was exceptional. Each and every member went above and beyond to look after of us. With a great start at Royal Singi and we finished the last day again with them. It was great experience during a busy period and the exceptional service by Royal Singi was great given they subsidised for a good cause very generously too. Several good restaurants for vegetarians near by. Shopping district is 12 minute walk Appeared very safe even walking around mid night around the neighbourhood. Comfortable spacious room, polite & helpful staff. Close to Thamel - 10 minute walk to centre - in a somewhat quieter part of Kathmandu. The breakfast is fabulous - lots of options on the buffet. Supermarket across the road. Plenty of eating out options nearby (& hotel dinner has a good selection).

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is decent, close enough to shops and restaurants and Thamel is walkable distance. Beds are comfortable and breakfast had a good selection. They serve coffee and cakes downstairs and bar area is nice. Service can be a bit slow but overall rooms were clean and had a good sleep.

Really great place. Staff were fantastic, Rooms really great standard, restaurant offered brilliant breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is very conveniently located. Highly recommend this place- Well done MR Shreedhar Khanal and all the support staff. Your team made our trip memorable!

We have stayed here many times, nothing much changes and there is always a friendly and helpful welcome. The rooms are spacious. And quiet, especially given the central location. Breakfast buffet incudes western, Nepali and South Indian dishes. Happy hour in the bar is a bargain. Walking distance to the Garden of Dreams and to Thamel (be careful crossing roads.) The wifi isn't great but it does work.

Arrived early and was able to check in which was great after coming off an overnight flight. Nice welcome on reception and by the porters. Room nice size, clean, tea and coffee making facilities Good selection of toiletries, shower cap and nice size shower, safe, lift. Good location. Nice strong shower. Breakfast - excellent, huge selection of fresh food. Omelettes and eggs prepared to order. Staff exceptional. Dinner - very nice, good quality
