Paradise for relaxation and courtesy. This is our 5 year at Waikiki, never a good food disappointment, with many local and Italian specialties, more pizza end pastas. Covid 19 situation, it seems does not exist, life in the open air is likely to help a lot. Heartfelt thanks to Sarah, Flavio, Ieva, Luca and to all the staff.

We were at Waikiki Resort for 6 nights. It is at a beautiful location, great service, nice and clean, the staff are so lovely and helpful, the food!!! What can I say? It was delicious. They have a party on Fridays. However, we are more of a chilled couple and wasn’t keen on staying out for too long. The noise can be disruptive to some people if their room is close to bar area. If you are not keen, please let the staff know so they can make arrangements for you beforehand. Overall 5 stars!!! I totally recommend, the best out there ❤️❤️🇹🇿

We were there only for the beach party. The beach is beautiful and the area as well. The music was Good and the Pizza we had there as well. It was a bit outside so that you need a driver. The Prices there are very high. Eight Dollar for a Beer for example.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The accommodations were very comfortable. The food was delicious and right on the beach with beautiful views. We would love to revisit when we visit Zanzibar again.

We are late at night and we're stunned to be told that we needed to pay an additional tax of $8 per person per night before we could be given the key to our room As we were staying a week that meant $112 We had no option but to pay We were told that this was tourist tax but we have never paid this tax in any other hotel we have stayed in Tanzania or Zanzibar Take care if booking through an agent as while it may say local taxes are payable to the hotel,I never expected that much Also there is a 4% charge if paying by credit card So by the time we had paid the taxi,the taxes and the surcharge we had spent almost $200 I n addition there is a complimentary bottle of water each day in the room but if you want it refilled it costs $1.50 and you are not allowed to bring water into the resort Despit the extra charges we had a really nice stay The resort is right on a beautiful beach The rooms while basic are spotlessly clean with excellent housekeeping As expected the bar prices are a little more than some of the other beach bars and the service is friendly but variable Breakfast is good with a limited choice Restaurant is good with the daily special very good value Take care if booking through an agent like we did as though it said local taxes are payable to the hotel,I really didn't expect that amount

I have a great time staying in Waikiki as its quiet and and relaxing. A bit far from Stone Town which is the capital of the island but worth the stay as its near the Mnemba island where the best snorkeling area is located. The food was great also in the resort and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Magdalena, Ahmad and Deborah and the cleaning lady who always attend to my need. Also to the guy who is serving breakfast. I meet Sarah the owner whom I spoke over mail. She is nice as well. My over all stay was good and there's nothing I can ask more.
