The owner Li Hua is ever so helpful and will do her utmost to make sure you have an enjoyable stress free stay!!

LLatataDas K2 Hotel ist das komfortabelste und zufriedenstellendste Hotel, in dem wir während unserer Reise nach Xinjiang übernachtet haben. In unserer Gruppe waren mehrere Älteste und alle fühlten sich ein wenig high, als wir am ersten Tag auf das Plateau gingen. Sobald wir im Hotel ankamen, kam ein einheimischer tadschikischer Hoteljunge, um uns zu helfen, unser Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu tragen. Die junge Dame machte uns auch eine Tasse Schneechrysanthementee. Das Abendessen im Hotel war überraschend lecker! General Manager Qiao war sehr begeistert. Er gab uns Nüsse und erklärte uns, wie man Sauerstoff atmet und wie man hohe Reflexe lindert. Wenn Sie zum ersten Mal auf das Plateau gehen, ist es wirklich wichtig, nachts für Sauerstoffversorgung zu sorgen!
Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an den gutaussehenden Kerl Naga! Er nahm uns um 11 oder 12 Uhr abends mit zur Sternenbeobachtung und brachte uns Schritt für Schritt bei, wie man wunderschöne Fotos macht. Am nächsten Morgen fuhren wir zum Shitushi-Strand, um den Sonnenaufgang zu verfolgen und Fotos vom Sonnenaufgang über dem Jinshan-Berg zu machen! Die Ältesten haben sich sehr darüber gefreut, wunderschöne Fotos zu machen! Dieser Typ ist nicht nur gutaussehend, sondern auch ein netter Mensch. Er ist sehr enthusiastisch und kümmert sich um jeden Gast im Hotel. Machen Sie weiter so, Chef an der Rezeption.

GGastnutzer設施：帳篷整體非常不錯，床和枕頭都還舒服，但是被子實在是有點厚，蓋着不太舒服。淋浴間下水有點太慢了，然後智能馬桶的一坐上去先沖點水的功能我覺得真是一言難盡。帳篷外的露台我很喜歡。
衞生：衞生整體滿意。
服務：服務很好，雖然很近也還是幫忙送行李。小哥都很熱情推薦附近的都美景。早餐還可以。
環境：景色非常好，對面就是雪山濕地，基本無遮擋。
這次住了兩晚，下次來一定還住！

TTuscany RoseThis hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay.
First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help.
The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc.
The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby.
Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard.
Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

GGastnutzerConsidered the best and most luxurious hotel in Kashgar, the hotel has nice amenities as one would expect from a Radisson although it appears a bit on the old and tired side, hardware wise. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention goes to Ana at the front desk, Steven at the breakfast and Winnie at the executive club. They made the stay pleasant.

Umgebung: Die geografische Lage ist ausgezeichnet und in der Nähe des Ein- und Ausgangs der antiken Stadt. Vom Zimmer aus kann man den gesamten östlichen Bereich der antiken Stadt überblicken.
Service: Der Rezeptionsservice stellt die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und Speisen mit Begeisterung vor.

SShakil AhmadFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

GGuest UserAuf der Internet-Plattform fand ich dieses bequeme Hotel, der Chef war sehr enthusiastisch, mit Fragen und Antworten, die Zimmer fragten um saubere Hygiene, die Heizung und das Komfort, es fühlte sich sehr warm, nicht weit von der heißesten Restaurantstraße entfernt, leider hatte ich keine Erfahrung, kann nicht mehr leben, es gibt eine Chance, später wieder zu kommen.

Situated just outside the ancient city entrance, Return Inn offers unparalleled convenience. Vehicles can park and drop off guests outside, whereas inner-city hotels may have restricted access. A short 1-minute walk leads you to the ancient city's entrance.

My double-bed suite featured:

TTinkerbell1723Nice hostel, but there’s one employee who doesn’t want to work that spoils the impression of the hostel. I booked this hostel for a friend (Chinese) and myself (foreigner). We booked the beds online and immediately called the hostel to reserve two lower beds which they confirmed (I have back problems and need a lower bed). We arrived in the evening to be met by one employee (I’ll call him employee 1) who said that foreigners aren’t allowed although it’s very clearly stated on Trip that they are allowed. He then proceeds to call another employee (employee 2) who then checks us in without problems. We get then shown the room by employee 1 and there are only upper beds left. After saying that we reserved two bottom beds employee 1 says that the beds are taken on a first come first serve basis so bad luck for us and then walks away. Very rude and a complete disregard to a guest’s need We then have a talk to employee 2 and he provides a solution we are happy with! Employee 2 is a great guy who actually wants to work and make this hostel a better place and employee 1 is lazy as they come and should be fired (and perhaps work somewhere where he doesn’t need to be in a customer facing role). Apart from this, the hostel is small but clean and with a simple kitchen and living room. Not expensive either!
