Situated on the peninsula of Kas, this hotel has a beautiful view, that’s about it. The staff doesn’t speak english, we had to converse through google translate. We had to climb 90 stairs to our room, no elevator available, just a handicapped lift. Although i paid ahead for 3 occupants, i was given a room with one queen bed… only after proving my booking did the staff bring in a cot for my daughter. We weren’t told when and where breakfast was served, what the password for the wi-fi was or the hours of the pool. The free coffee corner consisted of 2 tea bags, one nescaffe serving and one cup. No spoon, no suger… But the view was great!

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel .. sahibi ben avukatım bir sürü işim var bir de burayla mı uğraşacağım diye bana kapıda bağırdı…odalar bile temizlenmemiş temizlik kartı asmamışsınız diyor odada temizlik kartı bulamadı kendisi de .. ayrıca dolap bozuktu geldi çekti açamadı sahibi benim kırarsam ben kırarım dedi… bize zorla oda değiştirtiler ayrıca … bir de yazacağım bunları deyince adamın teki sahibi benim diyen bir bayana bana el kol hareketleri yaptı yaz yaz diye … odalar ve banyo çok küçük… asansörler çalışmıyor ayrıca bütün oteli merdivenden çıkıyorsunuz .. geldiğimizden beri sorun yaşıyoruz özür dilemek yerine el kol hareketleri ve bağırma görüyoruzzz … bar da açık değildi ..

Lifts do not work which means you have to go up roughly 45 flights of stairs in the heat with your luggage no on offers to help take them down or up. The area is covered with lizards and the hotel is very dirty. Bathroom is congested and smelly, lots of moths in room and also shower pressure was terrible

The location was perfect. We stayed 4 nights and the sunset view was amazing. Quiet and clean place , delicious breakfast and lunch , helpfull staff. The manager is Umut giving an information at the beginning about Kaş , they can arrange activities. A little bit long distance to city center . - They definitely need a restaurant for dinner. It would be awesome.

It is located in the most beautiful part of the peninsula. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. All of the employees were polite, friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything. We will come again.

Hotel is placed in the beautiful and calm part of Kas (on the peninsula). Every day you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and islands! There aren't many rooms in the hotel, staff is hospital, friendly and genial, so you're feeling like you're visiting your good friends here. Hotel has a great picturesque terrace with a swimming pool and a bar, where you can relax and forget about the time:) Rooms are not very big, but modern and comfortable with a big bed and balcony (with fantastic panorama!). You can find in your room everything what you need (from a comb and a razor to tea and coffee)! Special thanks for the breakfast! It is delicious! Hotel staff serves traditional Turkish breakfast for each guest (for each room). Moreover, breakfast takes place on the top floor of the building with view on the sea. Hotel have private parking where you always can find a place for your car. I can recommend this hotel! And I'll definitely come back:)

Their staff is so friendly, gave my partner and I many helpful suggestions for our itinerary, not only for Kas but also our following Turkey trip. And they have stunning beach view from our room.
