Sri Murugan Residency Karur

The service in the hotel was very poor. The check in time was mentioned as 2. 00 pm but on arrival, there was no responsible staff at the counter. There was no room boys and we were given with the key for self check in. To all of these, no lunch was available at the restaurant. We have to run piller to post for our lunch after driving from chennai all the way. Very horrible service.

Roman full of cigarettes smell. Changed the room. In front of new room also few people came and smoke and left the ask tray. They don’t have any control to advise the customers who disturb others. People drink keeping doors open. Evening they told dinner can be taken there. Last minute they declared no dinner. Forced to go out for dinner. Untrained support staff. Not a good option for people travel-ling with family. Shared all these with hotel owner.

Stay was good. Rooms were clean and maintained. Parking was also available. Staff were kind and helpful.

We stayed for a couple of nights. It's a decent hotel with limited facilities. They offer breakfast in their small restaurant but meals are mostly served in rooms only. You can order from outside also. They don't provide lunch, even on order. Rooms are small but clean and found them to bw a little overpriced for the limited space offered. Bathrooms are functional but need better maintenance. Overall, small town, hence low expectations.

Room maintenance is neat and clean providing the room service under also the restaurant price is normal
