The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

The food quality of the Spanish set dinner and breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectation. All the staff including front desk and restaurant were very friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient and walkable from bus station or to the shops, the rental of bicycles was included in the room rate. Many places are accessible by bicycles and kind of convenient to cycling around. The free flow drinks and snacks was a very kind gesture and face masks were very thoughtful room amenities for the dry weather. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to next visit soon.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel.
We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't.
There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely.
Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

I Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

Traveling with 2 teenagers. This is not a suitable place for them. Check in at 3pm. You can check your luggage early. But, during this waiting time, you can only go for outlet shopping. Sadly, not for teenagers !
Staff are fine but quite fixed. For example, we arrived at 1030 and one teenager asked for using gym. They said no. It's his birthday, none is happy about this. At the early evening, I found you need to pay 2000 yean for each use of gym and hot spring. I feel this is silly. You are charging us anyway why not let us use and pay?
Cottage: is cute and cozy but extremely oldx3. I think you can describe a vantage cottage. Clean but a bit of natural symphony from outside.
Buffet dinner: selection if food was ok. Western, Chinese and Japanese. But certainly the entire area are a bit of pricy. 9000 yean plus 18% charges. If you dont have a choice , this is acceptable. Or you can choose to eat early at the outlet area.
Hot spring: outdoor and indoor. Very nice setting but you pay 2000 per use.
Overall, this area is pretty pricy. But if you are here to chill this should be nice but with teenagers I would say they rather live in Tokyo like a cheap hotel not this. They don't appreciate this at all.
I still appreciate the service and the experience.

故事是這樣的：“入住當天被王子酒店周邊shopping mall的氛圍感渲染啦一波又一波
訂的小木屋格局很好有兩個房間，當中是個客廳，入住3-4人搓搓有餘。當晚上入睡的時候覺察到滑雪場的造雪機有噪音，本人聽覺特敏感類型，所以當即和攜程一對一客服聯繫也和酒店前台聯繫好，很快速的得到相應。前台日本夜班人員溝通好考慮到很晚了就讓我們先去酒店樓裏住一晚第二天再調整房間。
第二天前臺中國小張開着酒店車很颯爽的來到小木屋幫助我們把行李搬進酒店樓棟內，聽到國語非常親切，小張特別耐心又提行李又開車還幫助我們一起把行李送到新房間，期間還幫我們介紹了酒店和周邊諮詢。 將我們後續需要的服務也一併提供完成。 日本服務業周所周知都是讚的，當異鄉又遇到同胞在語言溝通上順暢又得到了實在的服務幫助。這次的旅途酒店體驗是近十年遊走日本最最滿意的。

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit von der Karuizawa JR Station entfernt. Es gibt einen Busservice alle halb Stunde vor dem Südausgang der Station.
Der Bus ist jedoch sehr klein und kann manchmal ziemlich voll sein, was Menschen auf den Bus zu beschleunigen. Es wäre besser, wenn das Hotel ein besseres Queue-up-System oder die Frequenz des pickup-Bus-Service einstellen könnte.
Auf diese Weise können Sie das Gepäck am Kundenzentrum neben der Busshaltestelle hinterlegen und sie für Sie ins Hotel übergeben. Ich dachte, das Hotel hat den Service nicht genug angekündigt, da es sehr nützlich und effizient ist, mehr Passagierraum im Pickup-Bus zu schaffen.
Das Frühstück im Hotel ist nicht Buffetstil, so ging ich zum Prinz Karuizawa West Hotel zum Frühstück stattdessen.
Während der nicht-top-Stunden bietet das Hotel individuelle Transportkosten kostenlos, so dass es sicher ein Plus ist.
Der heiße Frühling der Momiji ist definitiv ein Besuch. Rein, modern, hygienisches, genau das, was ich in einem heißen Frühling suche.

Felt cheated. Was told booking includes breakfast when checked-in, but during check-out then they mentioned only 2 adults were free and I have to pay for 2 children (above 6). Also, recommended to upgrade room for bigger size. However in the bigger room, the shower and toilet area is split to the front and back of the room. Suspect that end up the usable space is not much bigger.

1. The room is very spacious, with a tatami bed for the third person. It was clean and well-equipped.
2. Convenient and free parking right outside the hotel entrance, although spaces are first-come, first-served.
3. Complimentary rental of umbrellas.
4. The private onsen was enjoyable, especially considering the public onsen at the adjacent building is unsheltered (hence the need for umbrellas).
5. Excellent location near Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and Kyu-Karuizawa Main Street, providing easy access to numerous local shops and eateries.
Cons:
1. The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

YYan Yan Isabella酒店位處偏遠一點山上，離中心位置十多分鍾，房間有點遠舊，幸好乾淨衞生，空間亦都非常足夠，最特別的是用小纜車上溫泉區，驚喜的是溫泉區，環境及景觀非常美觀，泉水很舒服

WW KMet with welcoming and good service staff, start of a great 2-night stay. The breakfast, Japanese and Western were appetising.
There are 2 routes to the hotel by car, both will have narrow and winding country roads at certain stretch to and from the hotel. Can be intimidating drive in the night especially when the days are short from November onwards.

AAdamI stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children during a two-night trip to Karuizawa in early February. The hotel is around 100 years old and its claim to fame is that John Lennon has stayed there. The piano that he played on is still in the bar.
Location: The hotel is near Old Ginza Street and around a 15-minutes drive from Karuizawa station. It was not difficult to find, but you must navigate a narrow approach to the hotel which is icy at this time of the year, so you must drive carefully.
Cleaniness: The staff told me that the hotel was only recently and everything was very clean and in good condition.
Service: The receptionist that conducted the check-in was probably the Japanese that spoke the best English that I had encountered on this trip. He spent a lot of time explaining the hotel to our family. The porter was also very helpful and polite. When we asked for extra toothbrushes and slippers for the children, housekeeping was very prompt in delivering them and even brought some children's robes for my sons.
Facilities: The hotel did not have many facilities. There is a small shop, a bar and a french restaurant but not much else. Some rooms had private hot springs in them and they gave us the opportunity to upgrade. Our room, had a small balcony even though we were on the ground floor. It looked onto a wooded area so there was not much to see, especially at night. However, when it snowed the next morning, my kids loved going out and playing in the snow. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. It was a simple American breakfast very well presented. It was very pleasurable to look out into the inner courtyard with it was snowing.
Overall: I like this hotel as it has a lot of character. It is architecturally attractive and has kept a lot of its charm despite renovation. The staff are very professional and polite. I would stay in this hotel again.

GGastnutzerObwohl die Anästhesie kleiner und schmutziger ist, kann sie etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Outlet erreichen. Es ist sehr bequem, das Hotelpersonal ist höflich und mit Fahrrad kann man vermieten, das Gesamterlebnis ist gut.

AAno8Ich habe zwei Nächte mit demselben Hotel in Liege Zee gesetzt, verschiedene Zimmertypen, das Ergebnis war, dass es keine Aussichten außerhalb des Fensters gab. Am Vortag war es eine Menge Sachen außerhalb des Fensters. Im nächsten Fenster war Eisenfenster. Die Website wurde nicht auf dem Fenster geschrieben. Es war kein Zimmer im ersten Stock. Gut. Die Gäste haben den Elektrabel in die Innenstadt und die Ausfahrt gehört, während sie baden, Es gibt unklare Objekte oben, kann nicht mit Wasser gespült werden, die Reinigung ist nicht aufmerksam, die verschiedenen Zimmer im ersten Stock (Puff-Geschmack) schmecken nicht gut, einfaches Frühstück ist zwei Tage gleich.

GGuest UserDas war mein erstes Aufenthalt, aber sehr gut. Obwohl es nahe der Station liegt, habe ich immer noch schöne Blattblätter aus dem Fenster in einer leichten Meeresumgebung geschnitten, um die Bäume 々 umgeben. Das Zimmer ist ein Zimmer im japanischen und westlichen Stil, aber viel besser als Fotos. Die Huspreise für die leichte Tiefe sind schon lange hoch, vor allem heute haben viele Hotels die Boots zu einem sehr hohen Preis verletzt, aber das ist sehr vernünftig, so dass es ein sehr gutes Abendessen und Service ist. Besonders zum Abendessen hat mich die hohen Fähigkeiten des Kochs tief beeindruckt. Die Küchengeräte wurden auch sorgfältig ausgewählt und ich möchte sie zu Hause verwenden. Es gibt große Fenster um das Restaurant, die fallenden Blatt des Herbsts ist wie ein Bild. Alles ist viel besser als die Fotoqualität jedes Ortes, und es ist nicht mit dem alten, leichten, gemütlichen Hotel, das ich lebte. Angesichts des niedrigen Preises möchte ich dieses Hotel empfehlen. Ich dachte, dieses Hotel sei kein Name.

GGastnutzerDas Hotelpersonal ist sehr höflich, das Zimmer ist ordentlich und sauber, aber der Platz ist zu klein und der Koffer lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen. Es ist ziemlich weit vom Skigebiet entfernt, besonders im Winter, wenn die Sonne nach fünf Uhr untergeht und die Temperatur mehrere Grad unter Null liegt. Es ist ziemlich unpraktisch, wenn Sie nicht alleine fahren.

GGastnutzerI initially planned to book a two-night stay but was hesitant due to mixed reviews about the hotel. Instead, I opted to book for one night to see if it met my expectations, intending to decide later whether to extend my stay.
After dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, I made up my mind and chose to extend for an additional night.
The reception staff spoke good English, making the check-in process smooth. The set dinner and breakfast were delicious, with the restaurant staff being polite and attentive. I must commend the chef for the effort in creating varied menus for both dinner and breakfast each day of our stay.
The onsen was quiet and peaceful during my visit around 5 PM.
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable; however, the lighting was too dim for my preference.
The only downside of my stay was the weak Wi-Fi signal, not just in the room but throughout most areas of the hotel.
