"A neglected hotel with rooms below average because it had no heating in the bathroom, it had broken sockets in the furniture --- the table it had, had a mattress on top of another old dirty mattress. Only the view was worth it from the room towards Karpenisi. What was the worst? It only had one elevator in operation that could accommodate 4 people, but because we had suitcases, only 2 people entered and to go to the 4th or 5th floor we waited in line for about 20 minutes, elderly people. Shame and only shame. Those who could went up the stairs. Terrible cap. In general there was an abandonment. Once upon a time."

"The best hotel experience so far! The setting is breathtaking by Karpenissiotis River. Facilities and aesthetics are cosy, modern and comfortable. Big rooms for families with 3 children. Best breakfast EVER with all kinds of nut butters, cakes, crepes, yogurts etc. All stuff is super kind and helpful, the make you fell like home (especially Mrs Antigoni). Playground and outdoor saunas are my fav extras. I usually prefer traditional hotels but this is my favourite exception. We travel at least once a year -summer or winter!"

"Wir kamen für eine Nacht, um eine kleine Show zu wechseln, ein Viertel zu Fuß von den CTELs, im Zentrum von Carpensa, in Zimmer 403 auf dem vierten Stock, mit einem wunderbaren Blick, alle Berge um und der Carpensa Platz auf unseren Füßen. Das Zimmer war Sauerstoff und sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet war mit natürlichen Saften und heimischen Marmalades verschieden, ich empfehle es ohne Reservierung. "

Der Hotelmanager, Herr Konstantinos, ist durch seine Höflichkeit, Ermessensspielraum und Pflege für jeden Besucher unterscheiden, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Der Frühstücksmanager begrüßte uns auch mit einem Lächeln und bot uns frische, qualitative und lokale Lebensmittel, ein Ort, den wir sicherlich wieder besuchen und unreserviert an diejenigen, die nach Entspannung und echte Gastfreundschaft suchen!"
