Wenn ich mit meiner Frau und zwei kleinen Kindern im Alter von 3 und 5 Jahren komme, wenn sie schlafen, plus 6 Gepäckstücke, kommt niemand, um zu helfen, nur von der Rezeption aus zuzusehen, wie auch immer, der Zimmerservice ist jeden Tag gut Reinigungskräfte kommen in ein sauberes Zimmer, aber im Zimmer muss renoviert werden, im Zimmer kein Internet, auf der Internetliste sind verschiedene Fotos wie jetzt, wenn Sie kommen Mit Stomatch bleibt das Essen den ganzen Tag auf dem Tisch und am nächsten Tag wird das gleiche Essen serviert, Gemüse und Obst sind von der Hitze verfault und es gibt keine Veränderungen, Würste oder Gerüche, überall fliegt das Essen, Frühstück bis 10 Uhr, aber wenn wir kommen 9 : 30 Uhr Eier auf dem Tisch sind fertig, Sie können nur Pommes essen. Ich komme wieder hierher, von 1 bis 10 gebe ich 2, diese 2 nur für den Zimmerservice.

It was terrible. they dont leave a paper cloth, i need to ask in reception. they leave us used Toothbrushes and paste in our room. they are not cleand. burgers and ice cream after lunch are rationed. it was terrible experience

I like the area is very convenient to the beach ,restaurants .

When we first came to the hotel,,,, we had doubts, after all we had planned an off-season trip. We just booked the room. the lobby seats were being renovated while we were there, there were both old and new seats... they gave us their renovated room. They informed that all will be renewed in a short time. The new furniture colors close to black are nice. It is more modern and stylish than before. corridor carpets were a bit problematic.... new carpets arrived while we were there. I think we'd better come back in the summer and see everything finished..... it was a smooth and comfortable rest for us. There were many places to visit. We valued every day. I especially recommend you to see Sapadere canyon.... they hosted people who lost their homes in the earthquake before us. we did not see.

First of all the hotel is no one star, everything is terrible starting from the entrance. organizing is less than zero, dirt all around.... let's not talk about the cuisine, the food, there are no names of the foods, The food tables were dirty, the staff cleaned them with a broom, imagine...so please don't waste the money, I really was disappointed with everything, I don't recommend anyone trust me.

I had booked a room in the Scylax Family Club hotel. I was very happy with all the service. I can recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Alanya. In addition, there was a spa and massage and Turkish hammam. there was a person I got to meet in the lobby he was a very nice person and was very helpful named Mustafa. He was very good at his job.

This so called hotel was disgusting! Don’t waste your money. The good reviews are fake. We booked with halal booking based on the pictures and the reviews. The pictures are nothing like what is shown. It says 5* hotel I wouldn’t even rate it a 1*. After a two hour ride from the airport to the hotel we arrived and thought the driver had brought us to the wrong place. We were greeted by four Turkish women pushing water out of the hotel. The lobby was dull, sofas were wet and dirty. We went to reception to be told they don’t have rooms on the same floor as our children. The children’s room were on the ground floor and we were put on the first floor. Suffice to say we didn’t leave our children by themselves so we all stayed in that one room. We were told they might have another room later in the afternoon or evening. The walk to the rooms were unbelievable. Carpets full of stains. The view was a demolition site. The headboard was broken. The phone didn’t work so forget asking for room service. The shower was covered with mould from top to bottom. We didn’t bother to have a wash. Toilet seat kept moving and the worst was our bed sheets had brown stains on them. The doors in the rooms were covered with stains aswell as the lift doors. And don’t get me started on the food. It was vile! My kids were left starving luckily I had packed some food with us. There were flies all over the food. The tables and chairs were sticky and just disgusting, didn’t have an appetite to eat anything. People were coming in from the swimming pool to eat leaving a trail of water on the floor making it dangerous to walk. We actually witnessed someone slipping. There was another family from London there and told us we were lucky we didn’t use the pool because they ended up with an infection on their leg. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The lobby wasn’t air conditioned but it was the only place you could get Wi-Fi. We had a fridge inside an old fashioned chipped cupboard but we couldn’t use it because it was stuck and covered in grime. The wall was completely broken but they tried to cover it with the frame and skirting around the floor. The room my husband and I were given had a huge hole above the shower. The were gaping holes everywhere. We managed to get another room later that evening but it wasn’t any better. All the rooms were the same and absolutely disgusting. Words can’t express how bad it was. It was a living nightmare! I felt like I was watching an episode of hotel nightmares. At the beginning, I would like to thank Hotel Scylax very much for providing me a very clean, well equipped , quiet room no.1405 with the breath taking sea view. I am very grateful to all Staff for the beautiful time I have spent at Scylax Family Club hotel. With full responsibility I can say that for its price, hotel Scylax provides very good conditions in every respect. First of all, everything is clean, the rooms are properly equipped for this category, The hotel has wonderful sea views, especially views of the setting sun are unforgettable. My housekeeper was cleaning the room every day and was providing me with the cleaning service/products needed. The biggest advantage for me was the good food, varied, healthy (a lot of vegetables) and always warm. Beer and wine quite good for the all inclusive option. Very professional, polite and hardworking employees. I would like to praise all the bar staff : Mr. Mehmet Set, Zafer,Serhart and Emircon , the waiters and of course all the reception staff (Mustafa and Vilcenty). I recommend this nice and friendly hotel to all positive and non-demanding tourists.

It’s a good hotel for a good price. staff is good and accommodating. Nice clean pool with two slides. delicious fish for dinner. Several bars, sun loungers on the beach. beer is delicious, there are cocktails. afternoon burgers and ice cream
