We had a wonderful two night stay. We were greeted by several of the staff and received excellent service. The first night, there was only one other couple and the second night we were the only ones in the resort. The lodge is only about two years old so everything is in good condition. The staff went out of their way to provide extraordinary service to us. The meals were excellent and way bigger than either of us could finish. I would highly recommend staying at NJIA Panda tented lodge.

I can honestly say I've never experienced a stay at a lodge quite like this before. Marco and the entire team at NjiaPanda were some of the warmest, friendliest, and most accommodating people I’ve ever encountered. We stayed here the night before our adventure into Ngorongoro and again after our return from both Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Upon our initial arrival, we were welcomed with warm towels and refreshing drinks. The staff took care of our bags and escorted us to our rooms, which were by far the nicest I’ve seen at any safari lodge. When we needed to depressurize our tires, rather than just directing us to the location, Marco personally took the car and handled it for us. They truly go above and beyond. After returning from the Serengeti on our second night, our car was covered in dust, but the team welcomed us back with their usual warmth and immediately offered to clean our vehicle inside and out. Their attention to detail is remarkable! The food was absolutely incredible, and the friendly smiles of the staff made each meal even more enjoyable. By the time we left, it truly felt like we were saying goodbye to family. They even surprised us with a cake for our departure and performed a captivating local song and dance routine. I can't stress enough how heartwarming our experience at NjiaPanda was. If I or anyone I know travels to Tanzania, I will absolutely recommend this place. Additionally, it is the perfect spot to stay before heading into Ngorongoro or after returning from Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

Amazing place in all ways! Location is great with a fantastic view along way to Ngorongoro Main entrance. The surrounding lush gardens are very well maintained and are very inviting. The lodge accommodation is compact but very well maintained and very comfortable for experience traveler. For me it way a great pleasure to have a night at this place.

We were in this lodge one night, in a program of a safari. Was the worst experience of my live traveling. Didn’t have the rooms like the agency pay, when they finally acepted their mistake put us in a room completely dirty with any conditions. We decided to stay in the initial room. We were a family of 7 with too little kids. No water pression, no warm water, no enough food in any meal. Don’t go because it’s really bad. Don’t have door in bathroom. In the end and with all of this they ask us to pay 10 dólar for 3 coca colas that we drink at dinner. The agency reserve the night with dinner, breakfast and lunch. As we go early to the safari they arrange some meals boxes. We had to put everything in the garbage and go buy some food in the supermarket. I repeat was the worst experience off my life since I travel. No cleaning, no food, very bad conditions. They’re photos in here are far away from any reality

A wonderful place, with friendly and good services. Nearby the Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Karatu. Excellent food. The rooms are top Thank you for the nice stay and .. dance! Next time we will come back.
