I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Ich frage mich, warum so viele Menschen sich während und gleichzeitig über das, was sie bezahlt haben, beschweren müssen. Absolute Wert für Geld. 5 Tage geblieben und 3 mal Zimmer verändert. Nach dem ersten Zimmer-Switch-TV funktionierte nicht, aber wurde schnell gelöst. Super freundliches Personal. Nach Tag 2 begrüßten sie mich als alter Freund. Komfortable Bettwäsche, saubere Handtücher, TV mit allen Kanälen man vielleicht braucht, einfaches, aber schmackhaftes Frühstück. Bitte den Preis bedenken, und Sie können nicht wünschen, dass es besser ist!

Beim Nachtaufenthalt in Zimmer 6107 war ich durch den Lärm des Restaurants oben gestört, nachdem ich beim Front Office Beschwerden gestellt hatte, wurde ich sofort beantwortet und die Atmosphäre war ruhig. ... komfortabel und sauber.. Frühstück ist wirklich ok ..... empfohlen ... wird definitiv wieder kommen

Ich habe mit meiner Familie Mitte August 2020 hier geblieben. Facade ist ein neues Hotel, sauber genug. Und die Lage ist strategische, im Zentrum von Tawangmangu, neben dem Balekambang Park und Bangun Trisno Resto. Also nichts zu besorgen, wenn wir etwas Essen in der Nacht brauchen. Parkplatz ist klein, also wenn wir spät kommen, müssen Sie das Auto vor dem Hotel, in der Nähe des Balekambang Park parken. Das Zimmer ist sauber, nicht einmal geräumig. Nur ich weiß nicht, warum das heiße Wasser nur etwas heiß ist. Ich habe auch im anderen Zimmer geprüft ist das gleiche. Ich denke vielleicht, der Kessel für den Wasserheizer nicht genug. Dies ist eine Möglichkeit, für das Hotel zu verbessern. Das Frühstück ist einfach, nicht so viele Variationen des Menüs. Vielleicht muss das auch verbessert werden. Aber im Allgemeinen ist dieses Hotel schön, sauber und die Lage ist strategische.
