For such a remote location this has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Obviously very modern so the accommodation is of a high standard, but it is the staff who made this such a pleasant stay for us. This started from the outset when reception staff were happy to change the room which had been allocated, continued to the outstanding evening meal served in the restaurant (which was extremely good value), then on to the ease of arranging an early breakfast ”to go” the next morning at 4.30am and finally with the housekeeping staff rescuing my coat and fleece which I had left behind in the room. This has to be the preferred place to stay if your travels take you to Karaganda, and we cannot recommend it too highly.
