Oda temizliği, konforu, olanakları, otelin konumu için söylenecek olumsuz tek bir söz bile yok. Bunların hepsi çok makul derecede iyi. Otellere ilk geldiğinizde ve gün içerisinde giriş çıkışlarınızda muhatabınız resepsiyondur. Dolayısıyla resepsiyonun sizi karşılaması, yaklaşımı müşteri yorumunu ve ön yargısını önemli derecede etkiler. Bu otelde konaklayacaksanız resepsiyonda muhtemelen ilk karşılaşacağınız kişi, müşteri ilişkisi, yaptığı işi sevmesi, problem çözme becerisi, yardımseverliği üst düzeyde olan Jenia hanım olacaktır. There is not a single negative word to say about the cleanliness of the room, comfort, facilities, and location of the hotel. These are all very reasonably good. Your contact person is the receptionist when you first arrive at the hotel and when you check in and out during the day. Therefore, the receptionist's greeting and approach significantly affect customer comments and prejudices. If you are going to stay at this hotel, the first person you will probably meet at the reception will be Ms. Jenia, whose customer relations, love of her job, problem-solving skills, and helpfulness are at the highest level. I think Hawthorn is a very lucky hotel to have such an employee.]
