This is my favourite hotel chain in Taiwan! Service is good, and staff is very friendly! Free 24-hr ice cream and usage of washing machine and dryer! They also served free supper from 8-10pm that includes free flow of Heineken beer!! AMAZING!!

Nice hotel good breakfast buffet and they also provide night buffet which is great. And free ice cream all day To note that the room wall is thin so you might hear sounds from others.

Overall this hotel is in good location and very good value for money. The breakfast is also very nice. Maybe a little updating required for the room.

staff are well trained and polite, provided good service provides breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. hotel is frequently used to host tourists staff will advise guests to avoid peak hour timings at breakfast and super service. room is clean, and well equipped with amenities. do bring own toothbrush and toothpaste, razor as they do not provide in accordance to taiwan policies on disposable items. only issue is that the soundproofing done between floors is not as good

Peaceful location, nothing much in the surrounding. A few mins walk to nearby convenient store. There was some road work infront of the hotel during our visit. Staff was neither helpful nor rude. Love that they have self serve laundry area that free for guest to use, about 5-6 machines which are more than enough. No amenities provided which is pretty much the same as other Taiwan hotel.

super convenient, can walk to Kaohsiung Train station or Formosa Boulevard Station in 7-8 mins. Room is very spacious and clean, staffs are very helpful. Will definitely come back for our next stay.

Room is new, clean, service is good, breakfast is decent. Everything is good except the sound proof is really bad.. can hear the neighbor talking very loudly.

The breakfast was good. Hence, we are surprised and thankful they offer dinner (FOC) throughout our stay. Overall, I certainly would recommend to my friends and return stay.

Good location. Hotel rooms are a bit dated, blanket a bit small for couples. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Unfortunately, restaurant is closed due to last minute inspection by the authorities. Although hotel refunded the breakfast money, they could have issued a notice to all guests instead of making us go on a wild goose chase next morning to find the food location. Overall, an okay place to stay.

This hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible. The only problem was the poor management of so many tour groups during the breakfast. The manager should better monitor the number of customers who were inside the overcrowded restaurant at the same time. Would it be better to divide the breakfast time into two slots to accommodate the guests?

Once of the best hotel I've stayed. 10 mins walk to night market, very convenient. Bus stop and train station is just a few mins walk.

We’d heard about this chain from a travel blog so gave it a go. At first we were worried that the area looked a bit downtrodden but that was not the case. It’s close to the main station and transport hubs for exploring around Kaohsiung. The staff are very friendly and spoke great English. The room was basic but fine and clean and included tea/coffee and amenities. It had no safe. The breakfast was excellent and had a huge range of food on offer. Surprisingly the hotel also offered a free supper, which was unexpected but most welcome and had local cuisine. Also great was the free ice cream and snacks in the lobby all night, which the kids loved. Would definitely stay here again.

The CP value is superb! Got free supper which is as good as dinner. And very near to night market.
