Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist ganz in der Nähe der MRT-Station. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Der Wäscheservice ist super. Das Frühstück wurde wegen der Epidemie in eine Lunchbox umgewandelt, aber auch der Inhalt ist sehr reichhaltig. Ich werde dort bleiben, wenn ich eine Chance habe.

Es gibt viele Gäste beim Einchecken, und das Hotelpersonal kümmert sich schnell darum, ohne die Erklärung und Höflichkeit zu verlieren, die geboten werden sollte. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und ordentlich, mit einer kleinen Badewanne zum Baden und einer Toilette. Bei einem Aufenthalt während der Epidemie wird das Frühstück in einer Lunchbox mit Fleisch- und vegetarischen Optionen angeboten, sodass Sie eine vollständige Mahlzeit einnehmen können. Ich bin mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder hier übernachten.

Das Personal an der Theke ist nett und die Raumteiler sind gut und es gibt viel Platz.

Das Zimmer hat ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Der TV-Teil kann gedreht werden, um vom kleinen Wohnzimmer oder vom Bett aus zu sehen. Der Teil des Raumes ist voll. Das Frühstück am Morgen. Die Essensbox wird wegen der Epidemie bereitgestellt. Sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Room was clean and service was really good. I requested for them to help me receive parcel prior to my arrival and they assisted me with it and handed me the parcel when I arrived. Hotel also provides free self-service laundry, but not that drier have to pay. Overall good experience

The room I booked is supposed to be equipped with a bath tub and automatic bidet in the toilet. However, I was assigned a room with no bathtub and no automatic bidet in the toilet. When I checked with the reception, they said that it was because I had requested for the 3 rooms which I have booked to be located in the same level and this is the only available double room they have. However, I was not informed of this prior to my stay and was not given a choice whether to accept this downgrade or not. I certainly would not have accepted if given a choice. Obviously this was an unpopular room, where they likely dismantled the automatic bidet to replace damaged bidets in other rooms (signs of the automatic bidet being installed previously was apparent) When I requested for a room change back to the type which I have booked, I was only offered the change the next day, and I had to check out before 11am and check in again at 3pm. This hassle deterred us from the room change and we had to continue staying in the downgraded room reluctantly. Highly disappointed with the service here and I will never return again.

Very spacious room and love the view out of the window. Night mkt just round the corner. Widespread of choices for breakfast 👍🏼

The hotel is new and located at the centre of the town , very convenient. The room is clean too.

Hotel staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We managed to get two rooms side by side which is a plus point. Every floor has a water dispenser which is very useful if we need hot water. There is a laundry room on the third floor with free washing powder to use. Breakfast buffet on the second floor was really great, my family loves the variety of the food provided and everyday some of the items will be changed too. Hotel is located in between Kaohsiung station and Formosa Boulevard station. Currently there are renovation going on at Kaohsiung station which cause a slight detour if we were to walk over there. Walking time are both around 10mins. Overall we are really satisfied with the stay.

Overall it is satisfying, will stay at just sleep if I come back to Kaohsiung.

Located in between Formosa Boulevard and Kaohsiung MRT stations. Near LiuHe night market. Room was very spacious and clean. Comes with full length window seat and bath tub. Only complaint is there are no power sockets next to the bed. Breakfast was hectic cos hotel popular with families and travel groups. Lobby cafe serves good coffee and cakes.

The hotel was well designed and the staffs were helpful and friendly. Second time living in the hotel. Highly recommended.
