This is an OK budget hotel, great for back-packers. The rooms are OK, there is sometimes warm water in the showers, and there is a good basic breakfast with idlis, puris etc.; beds are comfortable but the sheets are old and greying. But several of the amenities advertised are not in fact offered: there is no shuttle from the airport (with or without extra charge); there is no laundry service; there is no housekeeping service; there is no gym; there is no restaurant (except for breakfast); rooms are certainly not soundproofed! So be really wary of what is advertised everywhere online. They do not respond to queries online, so don’t try. Phone enquiries will get a brusque response.

We had some good experience of hospitality staying at Sun Park. The rooms were clean and spacious with good service throughout. The restaurant dining was great with amazing service lead by Mr. Dilip, Mr. Tinku, Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Kalpana and Ms. Reshma. We are happy to be here again!!!! Well recommend:)

Just coming out of this hotel after a stay of two days with our family. Checked in a best luxury rooms with 3 bed and double toilets. It was like a get together with our family. The Bed,with extra height mattress gave us a big comfort for us as we had travelled from Chennai by Road. Room Service from their kitchen was prompt,hot and delicious. Room AC was quiet. The interior were also outstanding. Thanks to Mr.John who had trained their Staff in an excellent way. 5 out of 5 is my rating. Superb hotel to stay in front of Railway station.

I was apprehensive, reading some of the other reviews. But i am glad to say that my experience was exceptional. Location is unique, with easy car accessibility and near the beach road. Lobby, dining area, lift, stairwell and room were very clean and immaculate. Towels, ac, bathroom accessories all were provided. Comfortable spring beds and fresh linen. Wifi worked without a hitch. I had breakfast, evening tea and dinner at the hotel, and i was pleased to see that all were cooked well. Even the sandwich i ordered was fresh. Of course, the view of bay of bengal from the rooms is great. It was overcast during my stay, but if you are lucky you can view the sunrise from the room itself! overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and i would recommend to all.

Das Hotel und seine Einrichtungen sind gut. Die Rezeptionistin - Jennifer ist wirklich ehrlich und ehrlich. Sie half uns, einen Sklaven zu entkommen! Wir prüften früh am Morgen und der Empfangsmann - Syed Imran gab uns gerade die Schlüssel und ließ uns in ein Zimmer mit einem funktionellen AC. Nach wiederholter Beschwerde für 3 mal wechselten sie das Zimmer, aber das Verhalten des Empfangsmanns Syed war sehr brutal. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir um 8 Uhr gestört und baten uns, 1000/- Da es früh war und es war eine plötzliche Anruf zum Auszahlungsaufruf, wir 1000/- Der Empfänger Syed bat uns, niemandem über diese Transaktion zu erzählen. Wir zwingten uns. Nach 3 Stunden, als der nächste Empfangsmann - Jennifer die Beschuldigung übernahm, erzählte wir das ganze Urteil. Sie entschuldigte sich und lieferte uns 1000/- Wir wurden mit der Ehrlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit von Jennifer geehrt. Ich möchte die Manager bitten, Menschen wie Jennifer zu fördern und Menschen wie Syed zu bestrafen. Danke

The location of the hotel is good and you can experience both sunrise and sunset from here. However the condition of the room does not justify the price you have to pay. The washrooms are tiny and not satisfactory. No amenities were provided including water which was only provided with extra payment. The linens were worn out. There were spider webs on the balcony seems like there is no proper maintenanc

I had a very good experience during my stay at . The location of the hotel was perfect—easily accessible and close to many local attractions. It made commuting around the city a breeze. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's cleanliness, with fresh linens and well-maintained furniture. The food served was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The service was prompt, and the staff ensured a safe and hygienic environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The amenities, including the gym and spa, were also impressive. The hotel took great care to ensure that guests had a relaxing and enjoyable time. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Stayed there for 1 night. The hotel is at the prime location and all tourist attraction is at walkable distance. When we entered, the room and the bathroom was smelly due improper drainage system since it must have been empty for a long time. But on usage the smell went away. Otherwise the room was clean and hygienic. Breakfast was limited and taste was also ok. Overall a good hotel to stay.

Because of the crowd in December, we had to stay in a big family room as well as individual rooms. The big family room with 6 beds is really bad. AC is ineffective, the window panes vibrate and make noise at night. Since it is the top floor, the heat of the slab above is unbearable during the day time. No lift to this room. Individual rooms are great. No issues. Note that the hot water supply is only from 5am till 10am. Hotel does not inform this during check-in.
