Luxury 4 Bed Room Near Stadium

We loved the location of this house! We were just 4 minutes from the Royals stadium and 5 minutes from a great Hy-vee. The double living rooms made a great space for our family to hang out and reconnect. Unfortunately, there was a storm the first night we were there. The basement floor ended up becoming completely soaked. So we weren't able to access that area or the bunk beds. The host communicated with us quickly and effectively throughout that time and made sure we could still enjoy our stay. We'd stay again to be closed to the stadiums!

I love the house. Just wished the coffee maker was working.

We loved the house we came into town to go to a Chiefs game. Perfect location to get to and from the stadium. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were great the bedroom downstairs was not very convenient and did not have a window large enough to qualify as an emergency exit.

Review Good location, well decorated place. Owner was very responsive to concerns. We had a group of 10 people and had an enjoyable stay.

N We loved how close the property was to everything and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the games and giant TVs. We wish the water pressure was better in the showers. And we often heard the firetruck sirens as it’s close a fire station.

Easy location to baseball/football stadiums and a number of restaurants.

Good House for groups Clean house, rooms are as advertised. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently for cooking for nine although we did purchase (and leave) some extra silverware. I gave the location a 3 star as parts of the neighborhood were a bit rough on the weekend, but the neighbors close by were very quiet, nice and respectful. Overall, we would rent again.

Perfect Staycation for Families My family really enjoyed our time at the property. It has all the amenities of home and is exactly as described. We even had a snow day and went out to discover that the owner had shoveled the walk and the area around our vehicle. We’d definitely stay again!

Roomy home in a quite neighborhood Great location for quick and easy trips to the downtown area and stadiums.
