Wir hatten zwei Teams, etwa 20 Familien, die hier für die MLK VB Tour im Konferenzzentrum gehalten (einfaches 3-Block-Wandern). Das Hotel war sauber und ruhig, ein wichtiger Faktor, wenn man versuchen, eine gute Ruhe als Athleten zu erhalten. Hauspflege wurde täglich angeboten. Ich habe die Anzahl der Handtücher im Zimmer sowie die Qualität geschätzt! Wir bestellten von dem Restaurant vor Ort und das Essen war gut mit anständigen Preisen, vergleichbar mit den Restaurants in der Nähe. Keine komplimentarische brkfst. Das Hotel bietet einen Parkplatz für $28/day, oder es gab eine Garage von $10 direkt um die Ecke, und eine andere für $18 in die entgegengesetzte Richtung. Das schwierigste Problem, das wir getroffen haben, war, einen Ort zu finden, um tatsächlich zu parken/zu ziehen, um Taschen zu entladen, nur um zu prüfen, wenn wir erst angekommen sind. Das gleiche für Check-out. Hotel ist auf einer Straße Ecke w zero benannt Hotelparkplatz. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und würde hier nochmal bleiben.

Ich war nahe, Hotels zu ändern, bevor ich auf schlechten Bewertungen basierte, aber ich entschied, weil wir aufgrund der Lage alle Fragen, die möglicherweise unzufrieden gewesen wären, zu behandeln. Gut, wir haben unsere Reservierungen hier gehalten, da sie nichts unzufrieden war über die Reise. Das Front Desk Team war sehr nett und schnell, um mehr Handtücher oder was nötig. Der Dusche war erstaunlich, der konsequent warm und hohen Wasserdruck blieb für 4 von uns zurück zu verwenden. Die Lage ist sehr bequem für alle Aktivitäten im Zentrum. Sie haben einen Schüsseltisch in der Lobby, die wir oft gespielt haben. Wir gingen zum PS Speakeasy im Grünbuch des Hotels, das schön war. Das Restaurant auf der Website war leicht zu trinken. Valet Parkplatz ist $30-$35, aber wir selbst parkierten in der Garage nebenan die Tür für $18 und leicht zu erreichen. Ich würde nur sagen, ich wünschte, sie hätten ein Pantry, da wir $30 F&B Kredit pro Tag hatten, aber nicht benutzen einen Tag wert auf der Grundlage unseres Flugplans, es wäre schön gewesen, es zu benutzen.

Wenn wir unter der Kanone fahren, war alles, was gefragt wurde, ein Valet oder Selbstpark. Wir waren gezielt zum Parken im Untergrund und erhielten einen Parkplatz. Es wäre schön gewesen, dass wir gesagt haben, dass wir unsere Gepäck losladen können, bevor wir parkieren. Wir gingen in die Lobby, um einfach zu prüfen. Die Arbeitsstelle scheint, als ob er uns zu prüfen gereizt war. Die einzige Information, die wir bekommen hatten, war, wie wir in unser Zimmer kommen. Es war NICHT IN DER WIRTSCHAFTS-BLDG! Wir nahmen einen Aufzug in die Parkgarage, bis zur Lobby, nahmen einen weiteren Aufzug in den 2. Stock, durch einen Spaziergang in einen weiteren Aufzug bis zum 11. Stock in unser Zimmer. Das war Zimmer war ok. Nach dem Aufenthalt fahren wir aus der Parkgarage und zahlen die $24 pro CC für die Ausfahrt aus der Garage. Als ich meine CC überprüfte, war sicher, dass es eine Gebühr für eine weitere $24 pro Parkplatz vom Hotel gab. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Desk-Person uns erzählte, wie man durch die Garage ohne unsere CC zu kommen. Armer Service für das, was nach einem 2-week Urlaub ”Schluck” sein sollte. Wir hatten bessere Aufenthalte in Hotels, die die Hälfte des, was dieses Hotel tut, gezahlt haben. Nicht beeindruckt!

Darrell (Schiffführer) war das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Er war sehr persönlich, energisch und machte unsere ganze Party sich willkommen. Das Front Desk Team konnte einige Anmerkungen über die Gastfreundschaft von Darrell nehmen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, aber das Gebäude ist ein bisschen datiert.

Die letzte Minute war aufgrund des schlechten Wetters und der Straßenbedingungen erwartet, dass unser Fahrt nach Hause aus einem Chefspiel. Die Kontrolle in Erfahrung und Parkplatz ging groß. Die Badezimmertür war ein Schleifstil und würde nicht geschlossen oder geschlossen.. so dass es irritierend war. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt, den ich erwähnen wert fühle, war, dass die Wände auf einer Seite von uns und 2 Jungs (Brüder oder Bffs?) Vollständig an Streit und Schlamm Dinge beginnen rund 4am. Ich fühlte mich nicht, wie das Front Desk etwas tun konnte 😕 so ich schweigend leiden. Gute Dinge.. Parkplatz war schön und nah, Frühstück war sooo gut, und der Gastfreund war wirklich geduldig und hilfreich mit allen! Wir würden zögern, wieder auf der Grundlage von Lärm, oder Paket einige Ohrschleifen.

Stayed here recently for a conference; requested and received Suite Night Upgrade to the Presidental Suite! WOW! Now, the hotel and surrounding area had been without power for the previous 22 hr and just regained it a few hours before I arrived. Suite was def warm- and I thought it was because of the power outage. Tried to turn up the fan which didn't change a thing. (in fact, I turned all 3 thermostats I found in there down to 60 and high fan and it never changed over 4 days! So- this suite is on the 38th floor and spans the width of the building so different views of the city from LR/DR and BR. Large 4 poster bed-- but there is a 4 inch ”ledge” around the mattress which is waist high to me (at 5-6”) making it extremely difficult to get into! Then discovered the bedside table and lamp was too far away to reach from bed...3 of the 4 pillows were incredibly lumpy- glad I only needed one pillow! Flat sheet on the bottom which wasn't long enough to be tucked in on top or side so it looked like a war had occurred in the morning (oh- and 2 comforters on the bed but don't know if it ever got cooler than 75 or so!). HUGE bathroom- big double size tub (but the row of lights over it had 3/4 of bulbs out), big steam shower with fabulous water pressure (but mildew on ceiling and amongst the marble tile), large bottles of fancy products in the shower (that could not be opened for those of you worried about that-I'm not, but see lots of angst about this). Several spots in teh BR had mildew, and lightening wasn't great for makeup. LR has 2 love seat sized couches (found some sort of canisters in between the seat cushions- ew!) large desk, table for 8 on the DR side plus a full kitchen (but a dirty black plastic serving spoon was on the stovetop!). Lots of nice artwork throughout. Carpet was stained in many areas. Never saw a TV remote though TVs were in the bedroom, bathroom and LR (didn't look real hard in LR, wasn't watching TV anyway, but thought it was odd). Housekeeping did come in after 2nd night, remade the bed with the same (wrinkled) sheets. Conference rooms were pretty darn cold. Oh, and did tell front desk that the AC wasn't working, but nothing changed. (Heard someone else on 38th floor complaining too). Lounge hours are limited- never made it there. Did have a bite to eat in the restaurant bar one evening- def not worth the calories or $. Unfortunately not much around open after 5 or 6, esp on a Sunday evening. Lobby is gorgeous, lots of seating in many areas incl tables with outlets for working.

We stayed here on January 5. The property itself was very nice—large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Our problem was dog-related. We checked in around 8 p.m. and went to our room to be immediately met with the consistent barking of a large dog in the adjacent room. We immediately called the desk and asked for another room. They didn’t have any other king rooms so the lady at the desk said she would come down and take a look. My husband waited for a few minutes then went up to the lobby when he didn’t see her. There was a steady stream of people checking in and the desk attendant was completely alone. My husband talked to her briefly and she called the room where the dog was, but of course, no one answered. She tried to move us to a room with 2 queens, but said she couldn’t register us to a different room because we had booked the room through AAA and the system wouldn’t allow her to make us keys. Eventually, she was able to call someone who told her just to take us to a room and let us in. To make things worse, the lady at the desk had a disability and walked with a walker. We felt terrible that she had to walk us to our room. We couldn’t believe there wasn’t a manager or security person who could have helped out. At some point during the night, they figured out how to make us keys and put them under our door. While my husband was in the lobby, another man came to the desk and said he needed another room because there was dog poop on the floor of his room. We’re okay with people travelling with their dogs, but this hotel obviously had some issues.
