Weekend getaway
This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy.

Great communication. Host was nice. Plenty of items we needed for our stay, and then some .An awesome amount of pillows! Definitely recommend this place and host.

Great house in a great spot!
This house was perfect for us! We were attending an event at the convention center and this house was only a short drive away. It's also down the street from a Minsky's pizza, which we love! Jim is a great host. We would definitely rent from him again!

Weekend visit
Stayed 2 nights and got to bring my cat with me! House is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was very cute. Loved the decor, very homey. Beds were VERY comfortable.

Super KC home
This house is in a terrific neighborhood with pups, food, shopping, and parks. We enjoyed walking and was easy access driving to KC sights. Very comfortable with everything we needed in kitchen, for sleeping or sitting outside.

Great place to stay
The place is clean and as advertized. The location is great--easy access by car to everything you want to do in KC and walkable to the 39th St. shops/restaurants. There are steps to get into the place and then steps to the second floor where the bedrooms and bath are located. It's not a problem for most, but something to be aware of for people with limited mobility. You can see it in the pictures, so it shouldn't surprise anyone.
Jim is a great host. Easy communication and check in process.
We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.
