Seems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

We had a pleasant stay at broad bean. The location is closer to railway station and private bus stand. Food was decent and the service was good. They had spacious bathrooms and clean rooms.

Der Aufenthalt war fabulös, nahe dem Lichthaus und payyambalam Strand. Das Zimmer hatte schöne Innenräume, gut gepflegte Waschräume und gutes Frühstück. Das Bett war großartig, einen guten Schlaf zu haben. 2 Aks waren im Zimmer vorhanden. Schöne Bilder können in der Unterkunft mit einigen Dekorationen außerhalb des Wohnbereichs und Meer im Hintergrund aufgenommen werden.

Dies ist ein Erbe und sie haben die gleiche alte Struktur gepflegt, aber mit sehr sorgfältigen Details renoviert, um nicht zu kompromittieren die Erbe ästhetik. Die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Sneha und Mathew waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wir haben ein paar Gäste zu ihrem Restaurant eingeladen und sie waren froh. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Erfahrung und sehr empfahl dieses Eigentum

We had an overnight stay at benale, the check in was quick as we had made an booking, helped ourselves with the luggage to the room. The room we stayed in was an ok one, however running hot water at around 11pm helped us relax after the kind of travel we've had. Beds are cosy, aircon & fan ran as expected. Okiesh bathroom with towels and some toiletries. The door nobs are a bit tricky at times. We opted for breakfast which had a decent spread of food both english & local dishes. The front desk person was helpful during check out process too making it a hassle-free one. Since this property is in the town area it's easier to just step out and visit places. Overall a good experience!
