We stayed for 2 days here and really liked our stay. The staff is very courteous and the place is very good. Rooms have a nice view and cleanliness is very upto the mark. Really liked it here. The place is located exactly on Chaugan chowk and is very easily identifiable.

We recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was small and cramped, with outdated furniture, no almira and a lack of basic amenities. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and lumpy, bedsheet stained. The bathroom was tiny. Food too less options. The room was also incredibly noisy, with thin walls that allowed me to hear every conversation and noise from the surrounding rooms. I brought my concerns to their attention to hotel owner, they seemed completely uninterested in addressing them. Cleanliness - 20 % Hygiene - zero Heater - not at all FOC Borne Fire - over charged Location - 150- 180 stair down from main market Mountain View rooms - are also over priced 1500 on Goibibo and make my trip. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are uncomfortable, the amenities are lacking, and the customer service is abysmal. There are far better options available in the area. This place is very comfortable and the staff accommodating. Food was excellent and fresh with a lot of variety. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. One one of the best things is there is an upper deck area with such a beautiful view of the mountains with a temple off in the distance (that we visited). Great for taking photos and relaxing at the tables. Shopping is near by and it's lovely to leave and take a walk around the hood. I miss it already and will be back asap!

Booked 2 nights stay. Property is brand new with all amenities. Spacious rooms with 40” smart tv is too good for your stay. Food quality is good. Service can be improved but overall staff behaviour is very good. The view from the room is tremendous. A big size balcony with a long terrace is a great plus point for your stay my overall experience is outstanding. Our family enjoyed it a lot here. Be sure to take personal stuff like medicine, personal belongings as there is no market near property. It is situated in hills in a peaceful environment.
