It is located in off beat place not known to everyone. Location was the usp of the hotel. Very near to many known places but in a village having vintage legacy. Well maintained and very cordial staff. Good food.

This is an amazing place for a calm and peaceful holiday, the ambience is really great. Room service and hygiene is wonderful. Staff is very humble and helpful. I would definitely recommend and plan another vacation in this beautiful place surrounded by dhauladhars. Best place to stay away from city life.

The stay was definitely an average. Though the views were good and the hotel was near to the market but there were certain things that really annoyed me and my family. They are: 1. The room blanket and bedsheets were dirty. Had to get them changed. 2. They did not give any soap or towels by themselves unless we told them to (these are basic hotel things that they're supposed to do by themselves. We paid them around 15k for 2 nights but we did not even get basic amenities like dental kit or tea related amenities. 3. You definitely should not try their alu paratha since they'll just give you aata paratha with very less or no aloos in it. Really disappointing.

Der Eincheck war schnell und informativ, er bestätigte die Reservierung der Kabine zum Flughafen und den Preis für uns durch Anrufen zu unserem Zimmer, das auch sehr schnell ist. Der Bellboy hielt uns mit den Gepäckstücken und erklärte den Einsatz von heißem Wasser, TV und Klimaanlage mit Heizung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und die Nachtsicht vom Balkon war die beste. Stühle werden am Balkon angeboten. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Minibar-Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, Zimmerschuhe, saubere Handtücher. Das Bettblatt ist ausgelegt, aber sie sind sauber. Das Restaurant ist großartig, wir bestellten Kadhai Chicken und Gobhi Adraki und wir können nicht helfen, mehr Tawa roti zu essen mit. Die Bergblicke am Restaurant Balkon ist atemberaubend. Da unser Flug 8.50am war, haben wir keine Zeit für unser Frühstück, das Personal war so wunderbar, Sandwiches und Saft zu fertig zu gehen. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Right from the welcome drinks lovely mock-tail rooms surprisingly clean and fresh but do remember to carry your own handwash as that was a big thing missing in bathroom as we arrived on saturday dinner in the restaurant was soo nice one of best dinner we ever had as live music was soo soothing the clap box instrument was better than a drum-set lovely like all there song if you don't get a room as it's booked fully most of the time do come for dinner on saturday night that's an experience in itself also morning breakfast was very lavish atleast lot of healthy options like papaya, dalia, boiled eggs, sambhar vada fresh curd and stuffed pranthas cornflakes milk not to mention other unhealthy options like canned juice which is mostly dissolved sugar, sandwiches friend potatoes rest parking is very abundant check in and check out was a breeze thanks to neha and anil ji best place to visit in palampur if not staying then one can have dinner on saturday night

ABOUT US The LEELA HERITAGE VILLA building was built in the late 1890s, the Cottage is having 3 family rooms and 2 double occupancy rooms in the outhouse, and all the rooms in the cottage are having 1 super King size bed with 1 single bed, if there are more than 3 people then extra bedding can be provided but chargeable. All family suites have attached Kitchens and bathrooms. In the outhouse rooms there is one super king-size bed and extra bedding can be provided on demand and an attached washroom in all the rooms. Cottage rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is Ample space of parking so guests can park their cars and from the parking, there is easy access to the rooms.
