Zion Ponderosa Home. Hike into Zion National Park

Great Gathering Place Purpose of our stay was to celebrate my 70th birthday and to hike Zion National Park. Our hosts, Debra and Steve were outstanding! They provided responses to various questions very quickly.There were trails into the Park in close proximity to the property The main entrance to the Park was about 20-30 minutes drive.House was spacious with plenty of room to hang out, whether it be inside or out on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. The dining area was also very accommodating for the group. There was generous quantities of dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap In addition, there were two refigerators to hold ample food for the group. After long days of strenuous hikes, the hot tub was a welcome sight! Towels were supplied for it also. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathroom towels and TP were supplied for each bedroom/bath.Both Check- in and Check-out was very well explained and easy. Deck could have used more than one rocking chair, and some lounge chairs would have been nice. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Thanksgiving 2022 The property was amazing. All we needed was the food. Fresh turkeys walking all around the property but we opted for frozen! Beautiful nightly stars. Saw shooting stars. Great hikes everywhere around this fabulous house. Attention to detail, it had everything we needed. Great find!
