Das Hotel ist schön.. nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entlang des Sees vom Tempel des Zahns im Grunde aus dem Hotel entfernt und rechts drehen und weiter gehen und Sie können es nicht verpassen! Das Personal, das wir denken, ging ganz oben und darüber für uns auf unserem Aufenthalt.. Wir wurden auf dem Markt betrogen und als wir dem Manager /Owner sagten, war er eindeutig beunruhigt, dass das uns in Kandy passiert war. Er half uns aus, indem er die Polizei etc. ruft. Auch der Restaurantman Neval war auch wunderschön und freundlich und kam sogar zu sehen, ob wir ok waren, als er uns auf seinem Weg nach Hause in der Stadt sah! Alles Personal ist fantastisch und ein Kredit zum Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist nur wunderschön.. Sehr gut dekoriert. Unser Zimmer war sehr luxuriös. Eine massive Bettaussicht auf den See, das war das komfortableste Bett, in dem wir hier geschlafen haben. Die Ansichten von unserem riesigen Veranda beigefügt sind auch spektakulär. Wir hatten auch ein leckeres Frühstück.. Frisches Obst.. Frisches Saft.. Toast.. Omelette.. Kuchen und Schalen und frisches Tee. Gutes. Wenn wir jemals wieder in Kandy sind, werden wir sicherlich zurück sein! Danke für die Hilfe und den Aufenthalt so viel mehr erinnerlich.

Das Hotel ist nicht so klein, der Pool ist sehr klein, mini-Typisch, das Zimmer im Inneren ist nicht schlecht

Die Atmosphäre im ersten Stock ist sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut, aber die Bierbärchen sind ein bisschen alt, ☕️ Es gibt viele Variablen, aber das Zimmer ist noch ein bisschen klein! Ich dachte nicht, dass das Zimmer eine chinesische Strombäume hat, das Zimmer sollte ein spezielles Design für Menschen in verschiedenen Ländern sein.

The hotel is over a hundred years old, since 1844. I felt as though I went through a time portal when I stepped into the dining area. Part of the hotel’s appeal is the history of the hotel. Don’t expect a modern hotel but rather embrace the well-detailed history on display throughout the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown area.

Das Bett war komfortabel. Die Aussicht war erstaunlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr nahe der Stadt, aber auf einem Hügel so sehr ruhig. Das Essen ist gut, AUSSCHLIESSlich das Mutton biryani. Bestellen Sie nicht die Mutton Biryani es war nur hart Fettfleisch, das Sie nicht zerkaut haben, es sei denn, Sie wollen fühlen, wie Sie auf einem alten Stück Gummi zerkaut.

Nice place, clean, very helpful and service minded staff and a nice rooftop pool. Breakfast was tasty and quite large, perfect before a train trip to Ella. Only minus was that the AC was acting a but strange, and the room had no windows facing outside. So the night time was hot, and it was a bit difficult to sleep well. Might have been bad luck.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Der Hall und der Pool sind sehr komfortabel und können den ganzen Tag bleiben! Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, es gibt einen See neben dem Hotel und eine kleine Bergsteige. Am Morgen erhoben sich und hörte die Vogel singen, richtig, es gibt viele Schnecken 😄

A very mixed bag. First the positives. The location is stunning about 35 minutes above Kandy with lovely views to the Knuckles and a quiet location. The bungalow is a lovely building with 9 rooms and very nicely laid out common areas. Dining is on a very nice veranda with an excellent view across the valley. The bedroom was very large and very well appointed. A very large and comfortable bed, plenty of storage and very good aircon. The bathroom was nicely appointed with an excellent shower, good pressure hot water and plenty of towels. Housekeeping was excellent and the place was spotless. But there are problems. First we had a problem with a major flood of our bathroom on our first morning when a valve apparently failed. It was sorted out promptly while we were out but it wasn't great paddling around in litres of hot water. And no one in authority ever said sorry. Second the food. We found it indifferent. The western breakfasts reminded us (for British readers) of Little Chef bordering on the unpleasant. Dinners were simply dull ranging across a range of cuisines. The service was chaotic. Orders for drinks were forgotten, food took an age to arrive despite being asked to specify dinner times in advance. There seemed to be no one in charge to make sure that serving staff, some of whom were very pleasant, were coordinated and looking after guests in a timely manner. Worryingly the one competent member of the service team was leaving. A range of guest activities are offered. We enjoyed one excellent long hike but a booking for an afternoon/evening nature walk was simply forgotten and the alternative offered was a poor experience. We were annoyed to be woken up one morning by another guest's child playing the grand piano in the main lounge loudly and badly at 6.30am. No action was be taken to stop this. We stayed 4 nights. I found it very odd that I kept being asked by various members of staff on days 2 and 3 if I was leaving the next day. Surely they should have some system so that everyone knows how long guests are staying. On the receiving end it just felt a bit rude. None of this should be difficult to fix needing some decent and visible on site management. What is deeply annoying is that this is probably the most expensive hotel in the area. They need to do much better at this price.

Conti ist eine Bergstadt, das Haus ist im Grunde auf dem Berg gebaut. Das Hotel ist in der Tat ein Feriendorf, am Fluss, neben den Attraktionen, die keine Sehenswürdigkeiten haben, hat keine Wohnung. Der Fluss ist dringlich, die Blumen sind nicht haltbar, die Stimme ist noch heiß. Nach der Nacht war die Schnee in der Nähe des Hotels schwarz und fand einen kleinen Supermarkt, um etwas zu kaufen, mindestens drei Kilometer entfernt. Das Wohngebäude scheint drei oder vier Etagen zu sein. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool im Garten. Es ist auf dem Balkon voll grüner Berglandschaft und Gartenlandschaft. Am Morgen kamen Sie aus dem Tangda und nahm Sie ein Handy mit 20 verschiedenen Blumen! Die USA sind nicht ausreichend, um die Innenausstattung zu veraltet.
