Das Albatross hat uns auf unserer Sri-Lanka-Reise überrascht. Es mag unscheinbar wirken, ist aber ein sehr, sehr nettes Hotel mit gutem Service, super Essen und einem atemberaubenden Ausblick! Unsere Suite war groß und sauber, wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. :) Zudem kann man in der Umgebung auch tolle Wanderungen unternehmen.

Ein Hotel mal ganz anders: Essen wie in Grossmutters Küche, wunderbar heimelig, wenn es regnet. Bei schönem Wetter Frühstück und Dinner auf Terrasse mit schönster Aussicht, welche den Atem anhalten lässt. Der Koch: Wirklich ein Gourmet Koch, einfach super lecker. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig mit toller Aussicht. Die Mitarbeiter super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit einer Träne im Auge abgereist und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Ein Besuch, ein Must-have, wenn man in dieser Gegend reist.

After being dissapointed by another hotel we came to the Albatross. Being welkomed warmly and having a great meal by the sweetest chef. A Clean room and amazing view. We dont drink alcohol but our bartender Ayesh made us a couple of amazing mocktails!!! Our transfer to this place was the best choice.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. The large, comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep, and the breathtaking views of the Sri Lankan mountains were unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Pretty awesome family holiday we had. The Albatross offered us a friendly service, delicious food and the best view from the level 4 of the Coconut hill. The two suites are highly recommended for those who like to enjoy the serene view of the golf course and the Victoria reservoir. Really appreciate the service of all the staff who were very attentive. We enjoyed the culinary brilliance of the chefs, and was delighted to meet the long standing chef, Benedict once more. Ayesh made excellent cocktails provided us a great service. All in all, our thanks go to everyone at the Albatross who made our family holiday a memorable one.

Excellent location. Mesmerising views. Beautifully decorated rooms and lounge in keeping with golf theme. Service was excellent. Hats off to the two cooks! delicous food - esp Sri Lankan cuisine. enjoyed a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend to either couples or for friends and family

Ideal for rest and relaxation. It is a cozy and comfortable villa filled with golfing memorabilia. The rooms and public areas have breathtaking views of mountains and the reservoir. Excellent meals and service. The staff was attentive and always happy to help. Highly recommend for small groups visiting Kandy and golfers.
