"Das in West Ottawa gelegene Hotel befindet sich in günstiger Lage neben dem Markt, mit Walmat zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und Ottawa Outlets in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal an der Rezeption war warm. Das Hotelrestaurant ist auch gut und bietet Burger-Sandwiches. Gratis Parkplätze"

"Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Koch bestellt es jetzt: Omelett, geriebenem Käse, Gemüse, Pilze usw. Es ist großartig. Andere Brotsorten, frischer Saft Kaffee Tee. Fleisch hat Würstchen, Speck. Pfirsichapfel, Melone, Ananas und andere Früchte, eine Art Danone-Fruchtjoghurt. Alles in allem, inklusive Frühwert"

"Ich hatte von Glö mehr erwartet als ich bekam. Ich habe Glö als ”Behandlung” für ein paar Getaway gewählt, da es ein neueres Hotel war und es scheint, dass es schnacker als der übliche Preis sein würde. Pros: Das Badezimmer war sehr schön, und die komplimentären Toiletten sind Top-Noch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Matratze war sehr komfortabel und der TV war eine anständige Größe. Kons: Die Zimmer sind unglaublich klein, und während sie schön eingerichtet sind, war der kleine ”Schlaf” Sitz mehr Form als Funktion (d. h. schöner als es bequem war). Das Personal des Front-Desk sah sehr neu und kluger aus, was die grundlegenden Gastfreundschaftselemente, wie wie das Innen-TV zu arbeiten. Es dauerte auch Zeit für eine Antwort des Front-Desk auf wie das TV zu arbeiten und das Problem wurde nicht einmal gelöst. Ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht mehr hier bleiben und empfehle dieses Hotel an jemanden, den ich kenne, da es so viele Hotels gibt, aus denen man in Kanata wählen kann, die bessere, bessere Service und bessere Preisgestaltung bieten."

"Es gibt keinen Aufzug, das Gepäck muss in den zweiten Stock transportiert werden, es gibt so viele Leute zum Frühstück, es ist sehr einfach, nur genug zu essen. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze und in fünf Minuten einen Supermarkt, der auf Lebensmittel spezialisiert ist, der sehr groß ist."

"Much happier with my stay here this time around! Decided to give it one more try to see if it had improved, and it really had. Enjoyed the weekend at this location; used the fitness room (a first for me), and was pleased with the breakfast offerings. The room itself was lovely and large, the bed was comfortable and the bed linens were clean and soft. The bathroom was merely ok; the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a bit which made things slippery, but we managed. Was happy for the minifridge and the TV was fine quality; I enjoyed being able to sign into my streaming service accounts and watch movies. As long as the price stays reasonable, I'm sure I'll be back, as it's very convenient to many places in Kanata."

"I've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are! The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves. Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more."

"It was good ,should have a shuttle service back and forth to the Canadian Tire Center into the mall you have to use taxis because there's no sidewalks very very unprofessional that way"

"Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve."
