Die Ausstattung und der Service des Hotels sind sehr gut und der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Geeignet für Urlaub und Freizeit.

Fantastische Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben im Ocean View Block übernachtet und konnten so während des Aufenthalts einen schönen Meerblick genießen. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit kleinem Eimer, Bürste, Waschpulver und Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon. Mikrowelle und gute kostenlose Minibar, die jeden Tag aufgefüllt wird. Viele Einrichtungen wie Bowling, Ballspiele, Kino usw. Höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich.

Es ist weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber mit dem Taxi dauert die Fahrt etwa 20 Minuten. Das Gebäude ist einfach wunderschön und es gibt auch ein Kino und eine Kegelbahn. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und man kann ohne Übertreibung sagen, dass dieses Hotel eher ein Touristenziel als ein Hotel ist. Wenn Sie nach Brunei reisen, sollten Sie mindestens einmal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Hotel ist das ganze Resort. Sie haben ein wunderschönes Schwimmbad, ein Kino, ein Theater, ein Restaurant und einen Golfclub. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es gibt viele Variationen. Der Service ist perfekt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hotel keinen Alkohol ausschenkt😅 Und es ist ein wenig kalt im Zimmer und man kann die Temperatur nicht kontrollieren.

Our stay at The Empire Hotel was truly exceptional! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special mention to Lynn (or Ann—I may have gotten the name wrong) (she was the one driving the buggy in the pic) who was always smiling, friendly, and very accommodating with all our questions. As first-time visitors to Brunei, this experience exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by the warmth and respectfulness of the people. We enjoyed the in-house cinema and had an amazing meal at Pantai, the food was perfect! they will also say where to have your best sunset/ sunrise view. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to friends and family!

📍Day 3 | 1st June 2025, Sunday The Empire Brunei 🇧🇳 After all the walking yesterday, today was all about rilexing in style—and what better place than the legendary Empire Brunei? ✅ And yes—it absolutely lived up to the hype. 😍 This place is more than just a hotel. It's basically its own little kingdom. Here’s what they offer: 🏀 Full country club (basketball, squash, badminton, table tennis, pools 🎱) 🏊♂️ Indoor swimming pools & jacuzzis 🏖️ Private beaches & lagoons 🚴♀️ Kayaks & bicycles 🎥 On-site cinema 👶 Kids Club 🍽️ 4 Restaurants ⛳ Golf course 🚙 Buggy rides everywhere (the place is huge!) We booked a Dart ride from Jubilee Hotel and arrived around 11AM. Although check-in was supposed to be at 2PM, we were warmly greeted by Hafiz at the front desk. He invited us to explore the facilities while we waited. Then… surprise! Our room was ready by 12PM and we even got a free upgrade to the Ocean King Sea View Room. Influencer perks? Maybe 😎 (Just kidding 😂). Thank you, Empire Brunei! A buggy took us straight to our room—and wow, it was huge, luxurious, and the sea view was something else. 🌊 Lunch was at Pantai Restaurant. My son loves the mini burgers 🍔 while we enjoyed the ocean breeze and relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, we wandered the lobby and took in the stunning architecture—those iconic golden pillars are a masterpiece. 🏛️ After prayers, we changed into sport/swimwear and headed to the Country Club. I jumped into a pickup basketball game with two lads from the UK while wifey and my son relaxed in the indoor pool and jacuzzi nearby. 🏀🛁 Later, we visited the Kids Club— My son splashed happily while we took a breather. Just before sunset, we found a quiet spot outside. Brunei’s sunset? Absolutely underrated. 🌅 To wrap up the day, we stayed in for dinner (room service KA dendeng 😅). FYI, you need to put down a deposit to order room service. We were way too tired to head out again anyway. Rating? Empire Brunei = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (7 stars, obviously 😂) Truly a 10/10 experience—elegant, peaceful, and unforgettable. Feeling recharged and grateful.
