This homestay offered a convenient location near shops and felt very secure. The studio apartment surprised us - it was quite cozy for a family of four, including two teenagers. There were amenities like WiFi, a fridge, laundry, TV, and even access to a swimming pool. Plus, the view of the Kampar hills was breathtaking! However, a few things took away from the experience. There was no reception staff to greet us upon arrival, and the key collection/return process was a bit unusual. Additionally, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that lingered despite multiple air fresheners. Despite these drawbacks, it was a decent stay overall. The location, security, and amenities made up for some of the inconveniences.

It was a great stay. Comfortable room within the town area of Kampar, all within a limited hotel budget. Although the corridor was a bit narrow, it was understandable as it allowed for more rooms to be accommodated. The ambient lighting in the room was bright, making it suitable for work, study, or relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience throughout the stay. Roadside public parking, where parking coupon is needed.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gemütlich. Lage ist auch gut. Der Empfangsmann ist sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist genau wie das Foto und ist sehr geräumig!

Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, zwei Betten mit einem Sofa und keine Sofa kann strenger hinzugefügt werden, so dass wenn man Angst hat, dass die Sofa nicht genug ist, ist es besser, sich selbst zu tragen. Der Balkon des Zimmers kann direkt Fische nehmen. Keine einmaliges Bad, das ist großartig umweltfreundlich ♻️, das Bad selbst trägt, unterstützt. Das Hotel ist in der Natur sehr gut, warmes und warmes Wasser, das Poolwasser ist sehr kalt und das sensorische Erlebnis ist spannend. Ich sehe die Wang 🦋 sehr schön. Das Frühstückskind hat nichts zu essen. Die Schale kann Brot schneiden, keine Früchte, keine Milch, keine Joghurt, keine Fruchtsäfte. Der einzige Kuchengeschmack ist nicht sehr lecker. Wenn du Kinder mitbringen willst, dann schlage ich dir vor, etwas mehr zu essen.

Reception shown warmest hospitality to the guest. Next to the hotel is a cinema within walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable. Price is fair upon the room type. Highly recommended for those always working outstation.

No sound proof, can hear people talking on the doorways. Also was given the room with no window, didn't really see that in the room description. It is like a designed room out in the middle of the those rooms with windows. The room has one type of stuffiness smell. Also need to pay parking from 8am till 5pm, although parking is charged at RM0.30 per half hour. Overall it is ok, basic amenities of bath gel and hair conditioner with bath towel given

Good for short stays. no facilities but a delicious Japanese restaurant Mizakaya just next door. coffee ******* starbucks n coffee bean n tea leaf are just on the other side of the hotel 2mins walk. we were granted a late check out till 130pm but when I wanted to checkout earlier than 130pm, there was no one at the reception. only at 130pm did staff return. my relative also tried to checking early but sign said back in 10mins. he was at reception for more than 30mins, but no one appeared till 130pm. rather disappointing that there was no way to contact reception staff. other than that, everything was OK.

1)Room spacious but is a bit out dated style,TV suddenly on in the midnight make me uncomfortable whole night ,haha 2)Location strategy ,located in the centre of shop lot 3)parking is outdoor 4)breakfast have nasi lemak ,fried kuoy tiao,salad,porridge, variety choice ,not bad if you are not pickey type 5)mattress too soft and need to change ,you can see the shape of mattress already become ”u”obviously
