Tivoli Hotel

Tolles Hotel für eine Woche, der Pool war sauber, schönes Wasser und jede Menge Liegen und Schatten. Das Zimmer war geräumig genug, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption. Schöner Balkon. Vorhänge im Zimmer ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und boten keinen Sonnenschutz. Im Hotel wird kein Essen verzehrt. Der Shuttleservice zum Strand war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, dreimal täglich. Nur etwas zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es um die Ecke, aber die Busfahrzeiten stimmen nicht, manchmal muss man eine halbe Stunde oder länger warten. Man kann zwar zu Fuß gehen, aber auf der Straße ist es gefährlich.

Dinge, die Sie vor der Buchung wissen sollten - Die Abflüsse laufen nicht ab, das Badezimmer riecht nach Schimmel. - Überall Staub, Haare und Spinnen. - Die Klimaanlage kostet extra und schaltet sich aus, wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, der Kühlschrank schaltet sich auch aus, wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen. - 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier und das kleinste Stück Seife der Welt werden bereitgestellt (Foto) - Der Fernseher findet keine Kanäle, das WLAN funktioniert im Zimmer nicht. - Keine Haken für Handtücher, außer 1, hinter der Badezimmertür – Tür lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen. - Der Kühlschrank ist eklig und stinkt (Foto) - Von „Frühstück“ will ich gar nicht reden, absolut schrecklich. - Das Geschirr ist schmutzig - Die hoteleigene Küche serviert aufgewärmte Tiefkühlkost. - Zimmervorhang an die Wand genagelt, bleibt nicht offen (Foto) - Der Terrasse fehlt ein Geländer und was für eine Aussicht! (Bild) Die Autos auf dem Bild haben sich eine Woche lang nicht bewegt. - Ich kann keine Informationen über die Autovermietung finden und Visa ist plötzlich nicht mehr zur Zahlung gültig. -Pool trüb, Reinigung haben wir kein einziges Mal gesehen. -Die Reinigungskraft raucht beim Putzen, schüttet Asche in den Flur (Foto) -Vorsicht beim Kauf an der Bar, der Preis kann "aus Versehen" alles mögliche sein! -Man kann keinen Meter gefahrlos vom Hotel weggehen. Liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Damit kann man noch leben, aber das Schlimmste ist das unhöfliche Personal und die wirklich schlechte Atmosphäre, die Kunden fühlen sich wie eine Last und vor allem der Besitzer ist so eingebildet, dass er gar nicht merkt, dass an diesem Ort alles falsch läuft! Vielleicht sagt es etwas über das Personal/die Atmosphäre aus, dass die Gäste nur abends nach der Schließung des Hotels kommen, um sich in den öffentlichen Bereichen aufzuhalten. Das einzig Positive waren die Katzen und die nette Frau in der Abendschicht: Ihr seid zu gut für diesen Ort! Nie wieder!

Schrecklich, wir kamen an und mussten unsere Schlüssel vor einem Einzelzimmer abstellen, das mir und meinem Sohn zugewiesen worden war. KEINE KLIMAANLAGE VERFÜGBAR, extrem heiß, dreckig und stinkend. Ich bin seit 3 ​​Stunden hier und bekomme keine Hilfe. Ich bin immer noch hier und vermeide es um jeden Preis, mein Sohn musste woanders schlafen. Love Holidays hilft nicht, obwohl sie uns hier untergebracht haben, anstatt dort, wo wir gebucht hatten.

Cockroach, ants, dirty, rusty frigde and old. A collection of smoked cigarettes under the table, dust. Spider webs under the bed. Everything is dirty. The hotel is near a highway, no chance to walk somewhere without car, noisy arround. Isolated area, i attached pictures about this wonderful nightmare .. Pipe bad smelling,

Seriously AVOID! Absolutely disgusting....you have been warned! Rooms haven't been cleaned in donkeys years, including showers, toilets, floors, handles are falling off. Did replace shower head, given toilet roll WOW! Breakfast...where? Beats Faulty Towers by a million. Hotel Nightmare!

Truthfull honest review. Please read the response from the hotel to the previous review and you will get the idea. We arrived and the first thing I said to my friend was the pool looked green, we were then given the keys to our room on the 1st floor, (please be aware there are no lifts and we were not offered any help with carrying our cases upstairs) When we got to our room there was thick dust and hair behind the door thick limescale in the toliet and shower tray and no hook for the shower so you had to hold it and try to shower with one hand, my friend then went to use the toilet and the toilet seat came off in her hand when she lifted it up, which at this point we just laughed and realised that we had best make the best of a bad situation we went and bought bleach and cloths and cleaned it ourselves. And YES I went and reported the problems straight away to reception, (in case the manager wants to reply to my review saying I should have spoken to them instead of posting this) I was told please can you wait until the morning and the cleaner will come back and clean our room properly and maintenance will fix the shower and toilet. Our room was not cleaned until we had been there for 5 days and the shower was never fixed but the toilet was fixed. On the third day I told them they had not been back and cleaned our room as I was advised it would be, and only the bins has been emptied, and was told that yes that is correct no cleaning just bins emptied and cleaning done every 4 days. The first day, I asked about the colour of the pool, and asked if it was being cleaned. I was told by the lady on reception that is cleaned everyday and hoovered with a machine and checked regularly. I went to the pool everyday by 7am to see if this was done and never saw a hoover in the pool for the whole week we were there just the maintenance guy with a net and poring 2 cups of chlorine in and putting hose pipe in adding more water the filters were not working properly, the pool colour was enough to scare you and not to go in. I am sorry to say and believe me I don't like to post bad reviews but I think it is unfair for people to work hard for a holiday to be dissapointed like this. The staff and manager are extremely rude, except for the lady at the bar in the evening (she is the only positive thing about this hotel) The manager has a plaque on the reception desk with his name saying "is always right" which sums up his attitude. I heard him speaking one day saying, god knows what these guests expect michellin star when this is a 3 star hotel, no we just expect a clean polite hotel, when we have paid for this there is no excuse for not having good standards of cleanliness regardless of star rating. One morning the receptionist who might I add is extremely rude I can only assume she is a family member otherwise she would not have that job, She was having a huge argument with another member of staff and screaming at them she didnt care that there were guests at t

Horrible experience. The hotel itself was ok, on our second night the couple next door were playing music extremely loud and shouting abuse at us and our 1 year old daughter claiming she wasn't going to let us sleep as we had kept her up with a screaming child and arguing... Non of which is true at all, all fast asleep by 9pm for 10 hours. Asked to move rooms as our one year old had been threatened by a vile woman and I'm also heavily pregnant. Was told we couldn't move and just to ignore her? Spoke to management 3 times about the threats. Obviously I was not willing to put my daughters safety at risk so left immediately and booked another hotel. Very poor customer service and below average hotel. Avoid at all costs. Just cost us an extra 400 pounds to pay for a new hotel who couldn't have done enough for us.

Hotel was so comfortable and lady Bartender was soo helpful and kind, we love her! The only thing I would change on-site hotel complex is CLEAN and what do the bathrooms look like… the advantage was definitely the bus stop next to the hotel and comfortable beds!

I would advise strongly not to stay in this resort, it is is dreadful and in no circumstances would I advise having either the breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food is dreadful, a disgrace to even suggest that there is a buffet option, the breakfast was burnt and edible , no choice , dinner had a number of options which were all pre prepared, and reheated, DISGUSTING . No air conditioning in temperatures of high 30's. The pool is stagnant water, does not seem to have a filter or ever cleaned and we were badly attached by mosquitos . The place is full of cats which is totally- roaming around the breakfast area. Doors banging all night long, very little sleep. The manager/ owner was no way approachable, no personality, no people skills, shouted at the staff and would not listen to any of our complaints. His receptionist had similar personality, no people skills, and very unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend staying in this accomodation , it was a total nightmare ,
