Kulinarisch abwechslungsreich. Auch dort das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

The Hotel sits on a steep hill with a stunning view of the bay. It is a modern and beautiful hotel. We hired a car from the airport so we got around ok. The Staff: The staff were all very polite and friendly. When we arrived, the gentleman at reception was lovely and very welcoming. The Room: It was a good size, clean with a fridge, safe, a kettle and good WI-FI. The aircon works well too. The bathroom, however, is very small and compact, and the shower door was not fully enclosed, so water leaked onto the floor every time we took a shower. Every now and again there was a strange smell in the room - but we didn't spend too much time there so overlooked it. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were exchanged when required. The Pool The pool area is so lovely. Nomatter what time we went down we could always get a sunbed. The pool staff are friendly and clearly work very hard. The pool is a great size, and the pool bar food was very good. The food was delicious and they had a varied menu which we really liked including pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, salads etc. The only thing we didn't like was that the pool closed at 6 pm. It was very hot and for an adults only hotel we hoped it would be open for a bit longer. The hotel food: Breakfast was good with lots of options, including cereal, pastries, eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruits, and juices, as well as tea, coffee, and toast. The A La Carte menu at dinner, however, was rather disappointing. The food was served luke warm - if you order soup for starters, you'd expect it to be served hot, but it was stone cold like it had just come out of the fridge! Although warm, the mains were overall pretty good. The food was presented well, and my partner and l enjoyed it, but the portions were a bit small. A few other guests we spoke to also complained about the portion sizes. Desserts were even tinier, and you only got one between you, which l found odd. It would have been nice to have some of the pool bar options available at dinner as both portion size and quality were good. We ended up eating out the last 2 nights of our stay. After dinner, there is nothing to do. It's very quiet, they provide no entertainment whatsoever. There we no English TV channels except the news. We were celebrating our anniversary and informed the hotel in the special requests. The Hotel acknowledged this and sent us a message saying they would do something to make our stay memorable. However, we didn't receive anything and there was no mention of it. Overall we had very high expectations from having read some of the reviews, and we were left a bit disappointed. I think it could be great - there is definitely some room for improvement.

Stayed here with my daughter to celebrate her 21st. The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing. Huge shout out to reception staff - Vrej, who even helped me organise a few surprise birthday celebrations and Zoufli who came up with great recommendations on places to visit. The hotel location is great as it's within walking distance to some of the most beautiful bays on the Island, also, near enough to walk into Faliraki but great to be far enough away to escape the bustle when you want to relax. It is a bit of a trek uphill but the exercise is good and the wild Peacock spotting on the way keeps you distracted while you walk! In the restaurant, Stallios and Pablo are very helpful, sociable and super efficient. The hotel rooms are modern & clean with crisp, white sheets and towels changed regularly. Extremely comfortable beds with quality mattresses. Lovely walk in showers (strangely, ours was in full view of the windows so we did have to make sure curtains were closed before hopping in!) - Pool towels are available for a returnable deposit at reception, and there was never any sunbed squabbles, with plenty of beds always available in the gorgeous pool area. Pool bar and restaurant staff are friendly with great service and good food. Would we come again? Absolutely!

Wow! What can I say, this hotel is amazing! From start to finish we loved every aspect. Please do not be put off by negative reviews, this hotel is beautiful, absolutely spotless and so peaceful. The staff are second to none, every single member of staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Yes the hill is steep but that is no secret and taxis are cheap enough of you can’t face it. The rooms are stunning and extremely comfortable, the pool is beautiful, clean and very refreshing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back.

A beautiful hotel that's just a few small changes away from being perfect. The hotel itself is stunning. Very modern and kitted out beautifully. Gardens are well maintained and the pool area is one of the best I've been to. The staff here are an absolute credit to the hotel. Every single one of them, cleaners, restaurant staff, reception, pool bar. Cannot do enough for you and forever smiling. Truly made the holiday. Location wise this place has pros and cons. Pros...the views from the hotel are stunning. Up in the hills away from all the hustle and bustle of the closest town the views are spectacular day and night. Cons... unfortunately this means you are a fair way away from any sort of life. A good 25/30 minute walk into town isn't ideal during the day especially. Taxis aren't cheap either €13 seemed to be a flat rate for the 5-10 minute drive. Our room was beautiful, finished to the highest standard. We asked for extra hangers and an extra pillow which arrived the next time the maids cleaned our room. We were staying for 14 days so definitely needed more hangers. A bed that was comfortable and a balcony looking over the rear of the property, we enjoyed watching the peacocks gather in the abandoned property opposite every evening. Our only issue with the room was the fact that there was no space to store our empty suitcases. With no cupboard and no room to slide them under the bed we had to basically leave them up against a wall for two weeks, we got over it but it wasn't ideal. Food was probably our main issue here Breakfast was buffet style and had enough options available to please everyone. Lunch at the pool bar was reasonably priced and delicious. Unfortunately the evening meals consistently let this place down. The meals actually tasted okay but I constantly felt like the aim was to keep costs low as apposed to feeding customers well here. Soups to start were regularly good, as you'd expect. Starters were sharer plates and small sharer plates at that. Usually a bite of something essentially, mostly tasty but small. And that was accompanied by a sharing salad. These were hit or miss. One particular day I remember sharing a handful of salad leaves (beet leaves I think) with balsamic glaze. Main meals usually tasted great but were unfortunately hit or miss regarding size and accompaniments. Often served with one or two sprouts, a few radish slices, peas and sweetcorn. This was a regular theme, regardless of what meal you had picked from the menu. One particular evening we ordered the chicken and was served a single chicken drumstick with a small amount of rice. Dessert was....exactly the same. Taste wise great. Portion wise...it's a small cube of cake in most cases. It constantly felt like the hotel saw the evening meal as an opportunity to cut costs. Which is so strange considering everything else is done so immaculately and to a high level.

The Staff: The staff were all lovely, extremely accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. When we first arrived, the man at the reception, as lovely as he was, he struggled with the language and we struggled to understand him as it was very mumbled. As it was 2am, after 6 hours of delays, we smiled and nodded away and just wanted to get to our rooms. He told us that because the restaurant had closed before we got there, he’d left us some food in the room which we we’re grateful for as we had paid to eat that night. Hoping for a sandwich as previously noted in other reviews, we found one sad looking cling filmed plate of a bit of what can be presumed as spaghetti bolognese, some cheese, rice and a jalapeño. We were both starving and had no other option but to suck it up. As the week went on, some pool staff were visibly more irritated and were not happy. Service lacked a little and became more disappointing due to the high standards set when we first arrived. Taxis in Faliraki are a fixed rate of €13, and from or to the hotel is €34, which the hotel are more than happy to ring for you. The Room: A great atmosphere, lovely and clean everywhere as well as quick efficient maintenance to rooms if needed. Maids always cleaned to an exceptional standard everytime. The rooms are barely soundproof, you can still hear the carpark, buses turning up to collect or drop others off, maids on their walke-talkes and them buzzing themselves into rooms, as well as phones ringing at reception. Our double room was two singles pushed together, though very comfortable. The TV is rubbish, doesn’t connect to anything besides a few news channels and screen mirroring only works with Samsung phones. The Balconies allow next door to see into bedroom if they stand at the end of their balcony. Very small towels, and very slippy shower. Our rooms view was an unfinished building and dusty sort of garden area. After reading other reviews, this hasn’t changed since before 2019 so 4 years plus must’ve been enough to have planted some trees or something to rectify that. The food: The breakfast choices were good, options included cereal, pastries, hot food, and sweet choices, fruits and juices as well as coffee and toast. If you didn’t get down quick, although they slowly top up the food throughout, if you wanted something specific you might’ve been left with a few scraggly bits leftover. A La crate menu not worth what you pay, in 37 degree heat we didn’t want soup or hot appetisers so we mainly went for mains and occasionally dessert. Some of the soups were strange too, “Lemonade Chickpea”, and “Cauliflower Cream”. Not really what you’d expect to pair with Greek Meze. Meals we’re warm at best, precooked and plated as soon as you ordered for speed. Salads and desserts could be seen plated in the kitchen and waiting for someone to turn up to bring it out. Desserts usually hard, having been waiting for a few hours and any sauces or syrups basically solidified to the plate. Thou

A really beautiful hotel with a Nice view. Beautiful peacocks are walking freely around. The food in the restaurant in the evening is terrible. Frozen vegetables and a very rushed dinner. Feels like they just want you to finish your meal as fast as possible. Really nice staff by the pool - especially the bartender! Very cool guy! And he seems like he really enjoys his job. The same goes for the cook in the pool. Very happy little lady, who actually can cook! Her food was better than the food the restaurant offered in the evening. The morning buffet was alright. Not the best, not the worst. The rooms were alright. The bed was comfortable, but there is no place to put your clothing. Not cabinets or closet, so you are kinda living in your suitcase which is not very pleasant.
