Bei der Buchung im Namen von Ctrip gaben wir mehr Geld aus als alle Russen und übernachteten im schlechtesten Zimmer. Ich habe zuvor Bewertungen auf Russisch gelesen und es schien, als ob IHG-Vorteile zurückgegeben wurden, aber keine Punkte, aber Platinum hatte in der Vergangenheit nichts. Obwohl Sie Englisch sprechen können, sind Sie kein Gast, wenn Sie kein Russisch können. Außerdem ist der Seeblick von diesem Ort aus unmöglich, den Königsberger Dom zu sehen, es sei denn, die Rezeption ist so freundlich, ihn einem Super-Hochhaushotel zu geben.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodation exceeded my expectations—I was highly pleased and satisfied. The room was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a lovely view of the river. The rare opportunity to open the windows was a standout feature; being able to sleep with an open window was a huge plus, especially since it wasn’t noisy outside. As someone who can only sleep well with open windows, this aspect made my stay exceptionally comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Clean and comfortable room with a choice of pillows. Tasty buffet breakfast. Convenient location with spacious parking next to the main attractions. Everything was really great.

Stop in Kaliningrad. I arrived late in the evening and went to bed right away. The room was very comfortable, clean, well equipped with tea making facilities, tea bags and also coffee, sparkling water, TV, ironing kit. Upon check in I asked to change my reservation from two beds to a king size bed as the price was the same. I was satisfied with my request. The staff was very kind in solving this problem. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of products, drinks, coffee, cappuccino, tea and so on.
