Das Zimmer (816) ist geräumig, mit allen grundlegenden Einrichtungen im Waschraum, Arbeitsklimaanlage plus Eisen- und Eisenbahnböden, Kühlschrank und Komplimentar-Tee/Kaffeeherstellungseinrichtungen. Gute Aussicht auf die südliche Seite der Stadt Kajang, MRT und KTM-Spuren sind vom Raumgröße Glasfenster verfügbar. Das Personal ist hilfreich und die Mahlzeiten sind schmackvoll und rechtzeitig. Nur Pool-Wartung und Innenunterhaltung benötigen eine Upgrade. Die schlechten Fernsehsignale sind seit vielen Jahren aufgrund früherer Bemerkungen anhaltend.

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

The best thing about this hotel is that it is affordable and the room is large and comfy. Beddings are very soft and nice. The hotel is also connected to the largest shopping mall in KL. Hence, you will be spoilt for choices - restaurants, cafes, supermarket, cinema, entertainment, shopping, etc. Highly recommended for families.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Unsere Erfahrung begann gut, wir wurden Cookies an der Rezeption von einem sehr freundlichen Rezeptor gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist riesig, aber datiert. Wandern von der Rezeption in unser Zimmer (in einem anderen angrenzenden Gebäude) ist ok, aber es gibt keine schatten Wanderwege, es ist alle offene Luft und unterliegt den Elementen. Das Zimmer selbst ist durchschnittlich, wir hatten zwei Zimmer vor dem See gebucht. Die Sauberkeit ist aber erschreckend. Wir fanden einen toten Hund unter dem Bett, die Toiletten waren sauber, aber weil es alle schwarzen Fliesen ist, kann man nicht wirklich das Schmutz sehen, wenn man nicht genau schaut; die Duschetüren waren nicht richtig gereinigt, es gibt Moss und alte, schmutzige Schmutz in den Ecken. Der Wasserdruck auf den Bidet ist niedrig, was es im Grunde sinnlos macht. Es gibt Lebensmittel fliegen um das Zimmer, möglicherweise aus Lebensmitteln, die vom vorherigen Gast verbraucht wurden. Wir hatten Zimmerservice 3 mal insgesamt bestellt. Das erste Mal war großartig, sie brachten das Essen innerhalb von 30 Minuten, laden es in unser Zimmer. Die Lebensmittelqualität war jedoch subpar. Der Char kuey Tea war sogig und geschmackvoll wie Ginger, was ist nicht wie es normalerweise sollte zubereitet werden! Wenn Ihr Koch Änderungen an klassischen lokalen Rezepte vornehmen wird, stellen Sie sicher, dass es von anderen geprobt wird und bitte KLÄREN erklären, dass dies eine Anpassung eines lokalen Klassiker ist, so dass der Gast erwarten kann, dass es anders sein. Das zweite Mal war eine Beleidigung, nicht nur das Essen war spät, sondern sie sagten uns, sofort dafür zu bezahlen! Die Wartepersonal wurde offensichtlich gesagt, wir hätten keine Kaution für das Zimmer gezahlt, aber in der Tat hatten wir eine Kaution für unseren gesamten 2-Nacht-Unterhalt für zwei Zimmer gezahlt! Aber als kooperative Gäste, beschlossen wir nicht, einen Schluss zu machen und sofort bezahlt. 3. Zimmerservice, keine Fragen über Zahlung. Sprich über unkonsistente Service! Auch wurde uns gesagt, unsere Lebensmitteltaschen von der Zimmerservice außerhalb des Zimmers zu verlassen, aber sie haben es nicht am nächsten Tag reinigen, was zu Lebensmittelflugzeugen rund um. Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag ok, aber am zweiten Tag war es ganz schrecklich. Schrochgewürze Eier waren sogig, Bacon und Sauce wurden kocht und nicht gefriert, wieder, wenn Sie eine gesunde Alternative zu den Alltagsnormen bieten werden, bitte es klar angeben irgendwo! Frisch gebackenes Brot war auch nicht frisch, geschmackt mindestens einen Tag alt. Schließlich wird der Pool nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, nicht das, was Sie von etwas mit einer „Hilton“-Marke in ihm erwartet hätten. Die Kinderpool hatte dark Fliesen in ihr und so kann man nicht leicht Schmutz ins Wasser sehen, aber es gab kleine Blätter und andere cky Dinge flogen um, wenn man sich genau anschaut.

Alles Bestens! Zimmer: gut u. modern ausgestattet sowie sehr gute WLan-Verbindung Service/Lobby: sehr gut, sehr professionell, sehr nett und hilfsbereit Hatte Late-Check-Out ohne Probleme/Mehrkosten Lage: Das Hotel ist mitten in einer Mall - sehr gut. Umzu diverse Restaurants (aber nur arabian Food) Entfernungen: Airport u. City - ca. 25 KM - Grab-Taxi ca. 40 MYR.

Das Hotel ist sauber, mit gut gepflegten Zimmern und gemeinsamen Bereichen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Ihr warmer und aufmerksamer Service bringt einen persönlichen Kontakt zu den allgemeinen Erfahrungen, wodurch der Aufenthalt sowohl komfortable als auch angenehm ist.

Freundliches Personal, neue Wohnung, Zimmer A1201 mit Blick auf den Pool, große Wohnung, nur die Toilette ist verstopft, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Alles in allem ok, werde ich später wiederholen ☺️
