KKatarzynaAusgezeichneter Ort und Personal. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich gemütlich, und das Bett war buchstäblich das komfortableste Bett, das ich jemals geschlafen habe. Frühstück und Restaurant Gerichte waren lecker, oft mit Gemüse aus ihrem eigenen Garten serviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, alle Arten von touristischen Informationen zu liefern. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. In einem Wort: absolut der beste Ort, um sich zu entspannen!

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

PPei TzeBesondere Erwähnung an das Front Desk, das so hilfreich und effizient war, um unsere Anrufe von wie man dort von Kaipingnan zu bekommen, eine schöne Bday-Feier für meine Mutter, die ihre 70. fiel und sortiert unser Transport von Chikan nach Zilicun. Sie arbeiten im Hotel recht und sind sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe.
Das Hotel ist neu und sauber und wunderbar gelegen. Insgesamt ist es ein A+ von mir!

GGastnutzer很好的一次住宿體驗。前台訓練不錯，就是很貼心的感覺。房間乾淨，設施齊全，屬於超預期的體驗。酒店在景區內，不算偏，也不吵，出行很方便，房間的陽台很有特色。景區不大，特色項目不少，如果都遊玩一天肯定不夠，住一晚休息一下特別好。小朋友的遊樂場很不錯，放電的好場所。這個景區有十幾個不同的酒店，可以慢慢選。

GGastnutzerWe were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there.
The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide.
However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days.
But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
