Our guest house has a master bedroom (king bed) with an en suite bathroom, a second master bedroom (king bed) with an attached bathroom, and for groups (5-6 person) we have a third bedroom (two twin xl beds), for groups of 4 or less our third bedroom will be locked. Our guest house is complete with a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and outdoor lanai. This home is equipped with solar water heating and photovoltaic electricity. Driveway is shared with the owner/host, however guests have two parking spaces available. Lanikai (Ka'ohao) is absolutely breathtaking. From the serene white sand beach to the Pillboxes (Ka'iwa Ridge) spectacular view, few places have it all. Lanikai beach and the Pillbox hike are a few minute walk from our guest suite (2-4 min). Kailua beach is right around the corner and Kailua Town shopping and dining is a few minutes drive.This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive day minimum.
