"I had a wonderful stay at the Clubway Grand Hotel in Jorhat. I stayed for 4 nights to attend a cousins wedding. The rooms were very clean, spacious and with all the facilities one would need. The room service was excellent headed by Rajdeep who was always wiling to help. The breakfast was very nice and so was other food from the restaurant. The staff were excellent and would like to mention a special thank you to Bishal and Nabajyoti at reception. There are others but didn't catch their names, all the staff made this stay very special. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Total scam. We booked through booking but when we got to the hotel they told us there is a "formality issue" and can't host foreigners. We were told not to worry as they would book another hotel for us. I repeatedly asked which hotel it would be and when they finally disclosed the name, it turned out it was much cheaper, but they insisted it was "the same tariff as Bliss" which it clearly wasn't, it was 50% cheaper. In the end we opted to book this other hotel online. Thgen the manager told us he would arrange someone to take us there but they wouldn't provide the transfer for free... they would charge 500rp for a 1km ride. We ended up exiting the hotel and getting a ride for 100Rp. Total scam: a) did not respect the booking b) did not want to reimburse the difference c) did not offer free transport at least as it was their fault d) the transfer option they charged us was 5X the going rate we found"

"I had an absolutely amazing time at Prism, the Boutique Hotel, Jorhat. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and super clean bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there were no hand towel provided in the washroom. Other than that, I can’t find any fault in the place and will definitely go back."

"Sehr gutes sauberes Hotel in der Nähe von ISBT Jorhat. Von dem Flughafen dauert es 20 Minuten. Ich habe im Anhang Gebäude geblieben, das 250 m vom Haupthotelgebäude entfernt ist. Kostenloses Shuttle-Service ist zwischen dem Hauptgebäude und dem Anhang verfügbar, aber es ist nur Spazierweiterung. Sie können Frühstück entweder im Anhang (Menü einrichten) oder im Hauptgebäude (meist vegetarisches Buffet) ohne zusätzliche Gebühr einnehmen. Die einzige Frage ist, dass das Fenster in dem Zimmer eine Lücke hat und der Außengeräusch aus dem Lückeraum kam, so dass es auf Luft-feste zu befestigen ist. Die Wand-Lyd-fest ist gut, aber das Fenster und die Tür sind nicht."

"Wir blieben in Jironi für über eine Woche aufgrund eines Turniers. Das Personal von den Reservierungen, zum Zimmer und Service im ganzen Hotel war sehr nett und untergebracht. Sie haben alle unsere Anfragen zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.. Sie waren immer TH zu helfen. Besonderes Dank an den Besitzer, der uns regelmäßig sprach, um unseren Aufenthalt zu überprüfen an den Generalmanager, der immer umgekehrt war, ob Nacht oder Tag und die Haushalterin (Ich vergaß, ihren Namen zu fragen). Sie hat sich buchstäblich um alle unsere Bedürfnisse kümmert und war sehr Gastfreundlich. Danke an das ganze Personal in Jironi, dass unser Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht hat."
