I don't even know where to start with this review. I do not know how this hotel has such good reviews… I will say first that I cannot recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay here again… We are Diamond members and stay at Hilton properties all the time! The housekeeping service at this hotel is in dire need of help!! When we got to our room, we noticed trash and finger or toenail clippings beside the couch, the carpet was stained very badly, the chair had horrible stains all over it along with the window coverings. We are pretty sure insect larvae by the bathroom on the floor and the showers were so dirty and disgusting. I immediately called the front desk to ask for another room. The lady working the desk came up to the room and gave us a key to the room next door and asked for me to check it while she was up there. We went together to the room and I barely walked in the room and she kept asking me if the room was good. I looked at the sheets and pillows on the bed and they looked okay. The carpet was not stained as bad. At this point, the lady was getting aggravated that I was checking everything so close and continued asking if that room was good. I went to the bathroom and there was hair in the shower. I immediately told her if we were to stay in that room the shower had to be cleaned. She walked in the hall and asked someone to bring cleaning supplies. She then cleaned the shower quickly. At that point, I told her we would be good. It was late at night and I did not feel like looking for a room somewhere else. We already had all our luggage brought up. After she left the room and upon closer inspection we found a plastic knife on the floor along with hair ties, cheerios cereal, what looked like pizza crust in several places. There was hair in the washcloth holder in the bathroom. We just made sure the grandkids did not touch that holder or the towels in it. Pictures attached of all that I described. My daughter and I then walked outside and the lady at the front desk asked if everything was good when we walked by her and I proceeded to show her the pictures and explained that this room was not much better than the first room. Not one time did she ever apologize for the lack of a clean room. We were not compensated at all for the dirty rooms, no apology, nothing to try and make the situation better other than we were offered two water bottles and a couple snacks that we already get because of our Diamond Member status. NO sleep that night because of how dirty the room was…. Steer clear of this one!!!!

The staff are always professional and so very courteous Always provide ground floor rooms as requested with shower stall Breakfast is hot and nice variety Has become our 1st stop in January winter/snowbird travels and out last stop driving home in the spring Definitely recommend as staff is wonderful!

Die Lage ist südlich des Haupthotels, so ist es ein bisschen ruhiger und ruhiger, aber weit entfernt von Gasstationen. Wir bleiben hier oft, da es einen halben Wegpunkt während unserer Reisen zwischen Illinois und Texas ist. Haben immer ein sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, und wurden zu einem ausgezeichneten Service behandelt. Auf unserem letzten Besuch habe ich ein kleines, aber wertvolles Objekt hinter dem Zimmer verlassen. Ich habe auf der Straße gerufen und sie haben es schnell gefunden und es an mein Ziel geschrieben.

Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen und ruhigen Lage. Als wir in das Hotel gingen, war das Personal extrem freundlich und das Hotel schmeckte sauber und neu! Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber! Es gibt keinen Pool, aber das Spielzimmer war nett! Ich werde hier wieder bleiben 10/10

Staff was so kind and friendly from the moment I called for a possible reservation until the moment I checked out. The beds were extremely comfy—to the point of taking unexpected naps! Great time to relax and enjoy my time out of town. Wonderful facility. The location is convenient to campus and the mall area.
