The Cardinal Suite at Hawthorn Haven- Lower Level

Located in Hawthorn Haven, The Bird House is placed in the perfect spot, surrounded by nature in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. While out taking a walk, stop by the nearby barn and visit the chickens. The cabin is conveniently located for access to many of the areas top locations; the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Maggie Valley and Asheville. The Bird House consist of 2 COMPLETE SEPARATE SUITES; The Upstairs-Blue Bird Suite Sleeps 2,The Downstairs-Cardinal Suite Sleeps 4. The space ***You are just reserving the Cardinal Suite, not the entire cabin. There are 2 suites (One upstairs- The Blue Bird, and one downstairs- The Cardinal Suite.) Both units have their individual parking and entrances, with no connecting door inside the cabin. With the bottom floor of living space, The Cardinal Suite is a nice getaway for up to 4 guests or a nice separation from a large family gathering. The Cardinal Suite is the lower level of the Bird House and comfortably accommodates 4 guest without losing its cozy secluded charm.The Cardinal Suite bedroom is complete with a Queen bed, Smart TV with Cable and WIFI, and a full bathroom. In the living room, you will find a comfortable memory foam queen size fold out couch and Smart TV, with Cable and WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen and dining table give you full freedom of making your stay as easy as being at home. You won’t be disappointed in the charm and warmth of this cabin, it has a very welcoming and homie feel. Provided in the Queen Bedroom, is a beautiful handmade quilt, made on a long arm quilting machine within walking distance of the cabin, if you want to stop in and check out the rest of her beautiful work! Clean towels and linens will be the unit for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs including a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc... The pots, pans and other cooking utensils. This is your opportunity to get in touch with mother-nature and disconnect from the world. For those of you that have to be electronically entertained The Bird House has WiFi and cable TV on one television in the Living Room and one television in the bedroom. Open all of the doors and windows and enjoy the fresh mountain breeze. There is a newly added Charcoal Grille/Firepit beside the cabin, enjoy cooking hamburgers or roasting a Marsh-mellow, keeping in mind the guest from the Upstairs Suite might ask to join you! The more, the merrier! Guest access There are an additional 2 cabins at Hawthorn Haven, much larger in size; The Lodge and the Bethel House. The Bird House is within walking distance from The Lodge, The Bethel House and The Chapel at Hawthorn Haven… making this the perfect place for extra-large groups, weddings, and retreats. If nuptials are in your future you might consider the small country chapel hidden in the nearby woods.
